Reception staff was absolutely amazing, they were so quick with all needs and so much fun. The price allowed us to stay longer to visit our soldier graduating. We were always accommodated. The rooms smelled amazing. The children loved the pool area to cool off.

We split water on the floor and used a washcloth to clean it up and the white washcloth was brown after just pressing it onto the floor. There were also a lot of construction employees staying at the hotel so by 8am the hot food for breakfast was gone. But there really isn't anything bad to say we enjoyed our stay and the staff very much.

The staff is incredible. The hotel was completely booked with a large portion being people evacuating Florida because of Hurricane Mitchell. Deonte, the hotel manager, and every member of his staff were very gracious to these guests who were tired and concerned about what was happening back home.

Our tv needed to be replaced and then there were issues with the remote. The hotel resolved these issues the first night we were there.

The price I paid matched the expectations, but the Staff was just great. All of them, from the receptionist to the room service, have been very professional and empathic. Very nice place, reasonable price and very good breakfast.

For only one night, a truck was parked right in front of my window with the engine running all night long. Not very quiet that night. However, was not the hotel fault

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is close to various restaurants, entertainment and shopping plazas, despite the constant buzz of traffic. They do serve breakfast which is quite delicious and there were a few minor issues.

Our toilet wasn't sealed to the floor so every time we used it, it would make the loudest clinking noise from it raising up and down on the floor. There were a few strains on the linen that housekeeping were happy to exchange. I didn't like the fact that the curtains wouldn't close and we wanted more privacy for our Vday weekend.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We love the location because it was quiet yet near all the restaurants and shopping plazas. Unfortunately, we woke up too late to have breakfast, but overall we were very pleased with our stay. Their king size beds are long enough for my 6'5 fiancé to sleep on.

Wish the shower curtain was longer to help keep water off the floor. My 6'5 fiancé made a big wet mess, but nothing we couldn't clean up. Plus it was funny.

The staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay! The rooms were nice, as well. It's very possible we would use this hotel again, if we were ever out that way again!!

The only thing I personally had an issue with, was the sausage they use... The rest of the breakfast was great!!! It was a link sausage with a harder casing or something... I just couldn't stomach it, and I was looking forward to having bacon or a sausage patty with my breakfast.... But it's nothing that would keep me from using the hotel again!!!

Everything staff were very friendly it was safe for a woman to be by herself they had a nice smokeing facility nice cabana for you to sit under the pool was available Smelled very Pleasant for the breakfast was excellent Hot not the apple, orange in a bag Would definitely stay there again a great revocation near everything

Really nothing Just the carpet's little older but for all in all Clean

I travel yearly to Columbus for business. I never choose this hotel intentionally because I am always looking for a great bargain. This hotel happened to be the best bargain for me unknowingly until I get here, at least 4 years in a row.

If I had to make it better it would be replacing/taking the wallpaper out the elevator and a few extra like cheese and maybe some beef or turkey bacon

Room was nice and pretty clean. Bed was very comfortablie.

Was pulling a trailer. No Parking for a truck with a trailer. Had to park across the street in a abonded parking lot. There was no problems thow. My truck was still there and fine the next mouring.

Everything is ALWAYS WONDERFUL! I stay here at least once or twice a month for softball. And I do not intend on changing no time soon! Everyone is so friendly. And shout out to the manager who accommodated me on my last stay with making sure I was comfortable and ok with having a room on the lower level! Thanks EVERYONE great job!
