The property was in a convenient location, there’s tons of stores and places to eat surrounding it, but it’s tucked away from the highway enough where you’re not constantly listening to cars going by. ALSO! Kaysie at the front desk was FANTASTIC! Checking in was an absolute breeze, and she was so attentive and kind the rest of the stay. The people in the morning were kinda grumpy, but she was always so kind when she was on!

The rooms weren’t completely sound proof - but unless you’re yelling/being very loud, it’s not really a problem.

Modern and clean and easy to find. Pool was clean but no towels. Decent breakfast :)

Noisy !! All the sounds in the hall come right into room. Got into town at 1:30 stopped by hotel to see if we could check in and change before our whitewater rafting , woman at desk said I’m sure we’re not ready and even if we have a room ready there’s a $30 early fee ! And there was an extra $5 fee for Georgia taxes after we had paid for the room online .

I have stayed here a few times on visits to the area. The location is very safe, tucked away behind really nice and upscale stores. The staff is super friendly, and the hotel is clean. I was here a week doing some service work at a nonprofit organization, and I had a nice stay. My only recommendation would be to have healthier options at breakfast!

Breakfast could be improved, and it would be nice not to be forced to watch Fox News while eating!

I like the complimentary breakfast, location of hotel, and price for the room. The staff's assistance was prompt. Overall, it was a good option for a hotel.

I didn't like the smell of the room. It seemed as if the carpet needed to be removed.

The front desk girl chasitie went above any beyond while we were there checking out the area to relocate. Would definitely stay again because of her!

Trash wasn't removed from room when do not disturb sign was not on the door but they came in a left a towel but no tp ended up going to front desk for more

This is our 'go to' place to stay. The staff is always wonderful. The woman who cooks and sets up breakfast every morning is the best! Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. The lobby/dining room is always clean. The hotel is close to freeways and dining.

The service was great, the lobby area was very nice. Breakfast was great, Kacie and India the receptionist gave phenomenal service!

The bathrooms could have been cleaner, it smelled like urine and hair was on walls and around the room. Room could have been more cleaner.

The room had a nice seating area, comfortable bed and clean.

Room would benefit from having another mirror there is only one in the bathroom. Maybe provide directions on how tv works - there were 2 changers and neither one would allow us to select a channel besides the guide.

Staff were very nice except one guy on Tue night. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Love that the refrigerator is a good size. Love that there is a small movable snack/drink tray in the sitting area. And love that they have a sitting area. Breakfast is not bad I'd like to see more fresh fruit. Obit had bruised bananas lol

The ice machines on 1st and 3rd floors were not working.

Our room was clean, comfortable and we had a quiet pleasant stay. The entire facility looked newly updated, smelled clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was missing hot eggs, bacon/sausage and biscuits. Had to microwave a packaged croissant/egg/cheese/sausage food. This breakfast item lacked a lot, but the coffee, juice and waffle were very good. The pool was closed. That was not a problem for us as we did not plan to use the pool, but others might find that very disappointing.
