Room was spacious and big enough for 5 people. Location was great. Room was clean, linens were clean, and bathroom was clean! The employees were very nice and welcoming.

Went to order muffins and they had to charge them to the room instead of me paying out of pocket. The guy charged them to the room as the woman went to get the muffins, but when she came back they were out of muffins. Also out of cinnamon rolls, so since they couldn't give me my money back because it was charged to the room, I opted for 2 pieces of cheesecake. And that seemed a little difficult for them to understand that I needed 2. Had to wait about 20 minutes. I think if they are out of stuff. They need to remove it from their case that shows what all they have. Or at least put a sign on it.

Location was great. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant “El Vaquero “. It was also only blocks from my old workplace where I had to be. Everyone was so polite I got the munchies and went down and got a cheesecake that was wonderful.

Superior breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, location, large room.

No microwave, bathroom sink faucet very wobbly (reported at checkout). We were confirmed with a king bed when reserving with booking.com, but on the day of our arrival we were told a king room was not available—not a serious problem though.

The breakfast was good. The items were fresh and pleasant. However, some consideration should be given to the fresh fruit mixture, the mixture ingredients were competing versus complimenting.

I am a senior citizen and a retired disabled veteran, I was told I was not eligible for any discounts because I reserved my room through "Booking.com," not the hotel.🤷

Super nice breakfast, with a large selection including sliced fruit, fresh fruit. must have 10 Nice large and clean rooms. Just a nice hotel

The rooms are large, with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. The free breakfast is from 6:30 to 9 and has enough options for everyone and tastes really good. The bed were too soft for Mt back and it felt like I was drawing in sheets. The room can be hot with the way the AC unit is so bring a fan if you enjoy air blowing on you while you sleep.

The only thing I had an issue with was they put the towel rack in the shower so it was hard to keep dry towels.

Place is very clean, breakfast was excellent (wife loved the sausage/eggs), bed slept great. Parking lot lighting is very good (used to be lighting designer), road noise level was OK. Right next to Texas Roadhouse, so can walk for food. Staff was very nice, helpful. Read a lot of hotel reviews prior to booking Hyatt, and feel it was a good decision. Was right on this one. Asked for a non-animal room, and they did that. Wife is recommending this place to a single lady friend who's traveling to Columbus soon.

Didn't like being charged $15 extra to card in case of buying a movie or other incidentals. Supposed to be refunded if we didn't buy anything. We didn't charge anything, so as long as the refund comes back, we're good.

The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked into the hotel. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is pretty quiet. The location has many restaurants near by, and a family dollar. CVS & Walgreens are a few minutes away. My family and I had a great stay!

Location was what we were looking for and the price was within range. Especially compared to our usual hotel that raised their prices due to availability.

Only thing I didn't like was that I got ice out of the 5th floor ice maker and there were black specks in it. So I had to go to a nearby store to get ice.

How comfortable the beds were, the variety of showers supplies, the amount of towels that were provided.

The TV didn't turn enough to face the other bed. The AC filters weren't cleaned at all they were extremely filthy.
