After having stayed in many other hotels just outside bigger cities in Georgia and in Alabama the last month - all situated so close to the highways that you felt staying ON the highway, this hotel also is situated close to the highways north of Columbus - but in very nice and quite surroundings. You can take an evening walk in the peaceful area - I really enjoyed it. You can also sit ourside - or take a tour in the pool.

I stayed in a room with an inside door to the next room - and the first evening and the next norning I could hear every word from the ladies in the other room. But they stopped talking before 10 pm - and the second night I think the neighbouring room was empty - so ask for a room not connected to the neigbouring room

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, easy access to freeway. I enjoyed their lobby- made it feel like a warm cabin entrance, unfortunately I didn't take any pictures. I enjoyed the room, it was clean, everything one could need was there. I didn't hear any noise disturbance at all. Staff were friendly and very welcoming.

I didn't like that I didn't take advantage of the breakfast that was included! I overslept in the morning and thought it was until 10 am like most places- but didn't see that it was until 1030 am and by that time, its was 1046. Probably could've gone to check and I'm sure something would've been available but I didn't bother to check by that time.

The room was comfortable, nice facility.

My only complaint is that check-out time was at noon, butt we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 10:30 & 11:30. She was polite, but I felt like I was being rushed out. There should be a system for the front desk to communicate with housekeeping once people have checked out, rather than disturbing people who are within their stay time. Thank you

The hotel was very nice and clean. It is located in a very nice area along with other hotels and businesses. We stayed here overnight while doing a motorcycle ride to Columbus. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We didn't partake of the breakfast, although it smelled good as we were leaving. The one feature I thought was really nice that I had never seen before was a text sent to me from the company right after I checked in welcoming me and offering any services that I might need. I liked that little gesture from them. It made me feel appreciated.

I don't know of anything that I was disappointed in. The air conditioner didn't have a lot of blowing power but the air was nice and cold. Eventually the room got to the temperature that we liked.

I like that the location was close to the interstate. It made it easy to get into town or travel home. The place was cozy and the room looked very nice. I liked having a desk in the room and an actual desk chair to go with it. The breakfast was good and the sitting room area was nice. I like having a elevator instead of trying to lug everything upstairs.

Get rid of the towels and wash rags that has stains. The rags looked like they were once used for cleaning. There is water damage stains on the ceiling. It would be best to get a bucket of paint and try to cover up the stains. Other than that, everything was fine!

Quiet neighborhood, when you walked on the clean smell was great. Got in the room and it was clean clean. They take pride in their work and the breakfast was great along with thr gentleman preparing the food. Thank you all for a great experience. Your hard work did t go innoticed.

I have zero dislikes it truly was a great stay

We had car troubles as soon as we got here. We are from out of town and the person that checked me in was so very helpful. She recommended a place that helped us with our car troubles in a little of no time. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was helpful and we just won't the company to know she was amazing and we thank her.

The front desk attendant ,Elisia was very professional ,friendly & efficient ! The room had a fresh scent & laminent floors no carpet feels so much cleaner when there is no carpet. Bed was comfortable & room was spacious.

The shower head needed replaced .. towels & bedding a bit old as well

Front desk staff were outstanding! Answered all our questions; were welcoming; even found us a paper map to use on our trip home. Did a good job resolving the issue with door locks/keys.

Had to change rooms because the lock on the first room assigned didn't work. New room was short on towels.

I stay here every time I come down to see the Riverdragons play. The staff is always super friendly and the rooms are always clean.

When we got there the toilet seat was broken and it took a 2 days to get it fixed. But it was not for lack of effort from the staff. They didn’t have the proper bolt to fix it. But they did get it fixed and apologize. Again, great staff effort.
