Was pretty awesome all around. No complaints, room is very clean and taken care of. On site washing is nice too.

The idiot in the room next to me was SCREAMING from 8pm-10pm at whatever sports game he was watching last night 3/18. Our rooms are conjoined but the doors were locked. I was pretty exhausted and just wanted to chill. Wasn't the hotels fault, I just wanted everyone to know that he has never pleased a woman.

VERY clean hotel and rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with hot and cold food. 24 hour coffee! Nice lobby bathrooms when needed. Family suite with separate bedrooms was perfect for 2 couples. Very quiet hotel.

The weight room was closed due to damage. Pool was closed. Ice machine on our floor broken. Only 2 towels for a 4 person room. Hard to find the 1 person working-desk/check-in, phone, kitchen, questions, supplies,etc. They had to do it all.

The staff was great the Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly with no issues check in was great. We really had no issues with room or staff and would stay there again. We had a graduation at Ft Benning was the reason for our visit.

When I wrote the first review I thought I at the other motel we stayed in the night before it was a bad night so if you read it please dis regard. I look at reviews good and make choices by them so I try to be as accurate as I can good or bad..Sorry for that happening ..

The check in process was very smooth and the staff were very pleasant and helpful!

The first room I was given (ADA room) I can't recall if I specifically requested it had a very strong urine odor in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they immediately moved me to a new room that was lovely!

The bedding was covered in blood stains or something brown😳

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice friendly and accomodating. Antonio had my non working microwave replaced right away when I told him. The morning person did nothing about it.

I did not like that access bathroom door downstairs in lobby did not work and there was no dark roast coffee available and that the front desk has to take care of breakfast also

Clean, nicely located..

One of the staff members was rude, Daytime attendant was lovely. The nighttime attendant was on her phone and rude the two times we needed help. Once for batteries for the remote that was not working, and another for pillows for the extra bed (that we were rudely told no she wouldn’t be giving us any and we needed to make it work without them.)

Staff was friendly and professional, location was acceptable for my reason of being in Columbus,GA.

The pillows was awful, bed was extremely stiff. The hallways were hot outside of the room and there was no ice/vending machines on my floor that was labeled to have both.

All I have to say is this was by far the best stay we've had! From walking to leaving kinda sad I didn't get the name of the lady at the front desk but she was exceptional friendly kind everything!

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about!
