I liked the staff all the way to housekeeping so polite and pleasant.

I didn't like the 2nd floor I rather stay on the 4th floor room 419 if I'm not mistaken that's the room I stayed in before this room. I love my experience there every time I stay it's always nice. I am so comfortable until I forget about breakfast downstairs.

Breakfast clean comfortable

Too pricey I stayed overnight on my way to Florida I booked because the rest of my family booked there. My son always stays at your hotel chains. He is a VIP member . Otherwise, I would have stayed at a cheaper rate hotel

The location was good. The gentleman overseeing breakfast was really nice and kept everything up.

The bathroom had some fixtures that needed to be tightened up. Only one elevator was working. The front desk workers at check in and check out did the minimal.

Staff was wonderful to deal with. We drove through the night and had car trouble. Staff offered us breakfast on a day we was not scheduled to be there and rushed to get a room ready before our scheduled check in time so we could rest.

We walked in and first think I notice was how clean and fresh smelling it was. The sweet lady behind the counter welcomed us with a smile. Got our key and headed to the room. Met other staff who smiled and said hello, all this time everywhere from the lobby, elevator, hallway and our room it smelled like a fresh cleaned house. Not just covered up by spray we could see how nice everything was.

loved the size of room, Location was perfect for us. front desk staff was the best, went out of her way to help us.

there was only one waste basket throughout are suite, had to go into the bathroom to throw anything away? edges of rug along baseboards did not look clean/ vacuumed you could visible see dirt. same with bathroom floor.

The hotel was in a nice area and the room I had was great very comfortable and immediately put me at ease.

I didn't have as many towels initially when I first came in the room, but that is my only complaint.

I like the room suite.. that was nice!!! And the pool area and times!!

There really wasn’t too much not like about the property.. most definitely will chose to stay here again once I return!!

Facilities were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good.

We weren't made aware prior to booking that the hotel was under renovation. We were awoken early by workers loudly outside our door working. Overall, it wasn't super inconvenient but it would've been nice to know ahead of time.

Amazing hotel! Rooms were huge, clean, and beds were comfy! Breakfast was great! Loved the pool and the coffee station as well. The staff were all so friendly. Definitely will stay here from now on!
