The location is very convenient and all facilities are adequate, Staff members were friendly, helpful, and competent. It was just what I needed when I checked in late.

The continental breakfast, honestly, left a lot to be desired. Even on a budget and from Walmart, you can offer healthier options than fruit loops and white bread. Maybe this is what people eat? We can do better, y'all. Also, the coffee was downright pitiful, like water from dirty socks. C'mon! I'd be happy to design a better breakfast for them, within a budget.

My shower didn't work in room 131.

The staff at this location is exceptional. The front desk manager Monica and the 2 younger ladies that worked beside her were the true definition of customer service. They were compassionate and understanding. Each time I went to the desk for whatever reason they were always pleasant and showed me that people genuinely still care for other people. Thank you ladies. I felt like giving up and your kindness helped me push through another day and another day.

There was no breakfast for a few of the days while I was there. I stayed for at least 2weeks having to run out for work most mornings and the breakfast was either not there or nothing much to choose from.

I must personally that the staff members of La Quinta for there service. The supervisor and her staff they were all great and friendly.

The supervisor took my son uniform and get them washed for him after graduating from the Army. She was also kind to let him have some where to stay before his time to book in. Thank you everyone, my family and I are grateful to you all.

The room was well laid out. I had the King Suite which had a recliner, desk and chair, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, iron and Ironing Board. There was an area with vending machines for snacks.

$50 deposit for property damage was a surprise. I did receive a refund upon checking out, but if I had been on a tight budget, this could have been a problem. Not being used to heavy traffic, I heard the traffic all night. The outlets were worn out, when I plugged in my phone charger, it would hang from the outlet. The outlets on the lamp didn't work, so I had to use the one by the door.

Every staff person I spoke with was helpful & friendly. The room & bathroom were spotless. It was quiet although a major highway run on both sides of the property but it's well insulated so sound is contained. I made the reservation early afternoon for that night. I requested a 1st floor room & the manager was able to accommodate my request.

I didn't ask about breakfast & there was a lovely dining area to the right as you walked into the Lobby. COVID restrictions (mandatory masks), indoor dining, etc.) have been lifted for quite a while. I don't recall when, so I assumed there would be breakfast served in the morning. However, although protocols seemed to be followed, nothing was served. Not even coffee. Thank goodness we had a coffee maker in our room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean.

The breakfast options weren't that great. I watch one guest take all the good stuff! Leaving nothing for the other guests. Keep in mind breakfast is from 6-9am. I was down there at 610am. The hallway had a bad smell but they were shampooing them the very next day when I woke up.

The staff was exceptional. They were very understanding and kind.

The roaches 🪳and my Aunt tried to help me with a couple of nights and someone used her credit card information for dinner at longhorns steak house. She's in Ohio and now will not be able to help me anymore because of this situation.
