Reading the reviews does not even touch how AMAZING this place is!! The staff is literally the kindest and most attentive. The breakfast was hot and delicious everyday and our room was clean and super comfortable THIS PLACE IS A MUST STAY!! We were here for my sons Turning Blue and it is so close to the base and NIM. PERFECT STAY

The breakfast was typical for hotels of this caliber, barely acceptable. I think you should just stop offering those fake omelettes and turkey sausage, yuk. Take a lesson from the Europeans and do a nice Continental breakfast. The location was less than desirable. Not a restaurant in sight. We had to go to the local Piggly Wiggly, (lousy area) and settled for some of their deli fried chicken. We have used many Hampton Inns over the years during our travels and what I have observed is a steady decline in quality, with an increase in price when there should have been a decrease.

All staff members were pleasant to deal with and made you feel that they really are there for you. Front desk, dining staff, etc. Not a single issue. The dining staff did a great job of keeping everything stocked during breakfast hours with hot food. The room was very clean as were the linens. The HVAC worked well. The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch to avoid running into things in the middle of the night!

Very quiet, well maintained very comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked like a champ. Staff was just unbelievably good.

It was only a 15 minute drive to our convention, a little loud way, but made it very quiet and very, very comfortable. The next time I’m up in Columbus, I will stay at this Hampton Inn again.

The breakfast was nice, i mostly ate cereals with skimmed milk. but there was also egg, sausages and hash browns and more. Also there was free coffee 24/7 wich was great! The gym is small but functional, it has the basics to do cardio and strenght excercises. Staff was very kind and helped us with all our questions.

The AC on our room was great, the temperature was very comfortable. it was just a little noisy that's all. same goes for the toilet, incredibly noisy (for use at night)

The location was amazing. Beautiful forest and lawns all around. Everything was up to standard for Hampton Inns. The breakfast was good and staff was super kind and accomodating.

The mattresses were not good. Possibly needs upgrading at this point. Sheets were rough and pillows have seen better days. Wish that the breakfast had berries of some type. It was strawberry season in Columbus and no berries.

Room was cool and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee hit the spot.

The only issues was the pool not being open. My son loves to swim in the pool and the pool was still closed in the afternoon because it needed to be retreated (absolutely understandable). He was sullen for a bit but we watched band of brothers on Netflix and he perked back up.

The hotel is located on Fort Benning, but outside the security check point, near the Infantry Museum. The hotel is surrounded by trees and fields - lovely setting. The room was quite comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was fine, the food was normal for hotel food.....................................the people were great!

My CC was run before I got there When I made my reservation, I did mark that I would pay on arrival that cost me my CC discount. But the people there were great!

Really well located for visiting family inside Fort Moore. Also had the chance to visit the Infantry Museum. It’s within walking distance of the Hampton Inn and both a brilliant and informative way to learn about the US infantry.

In room coffee maker was a bit tricky and produced coffee that wasn’t quite strong enough. Not a big deal…since there is freshly made coffee in the reception area and also the breakfast room
