I love the customer service from everyone. My room was spotless. The carpet and furniture DID NOT have crazy stains or a funky smell. All the lighting option were amazing. Breakfast was better than most hotels, great selection that actually tasted good. I was amazed at the pancake maker and the Cinnabons were perfect. I interacted with every house keeper I saw because they cared about my experience and asked if the room was cleaned to my liking.

The only thing that could have been better was to have all those complimentary cookies delivered to my room daily lol. They were so good!!!

I liked the location of the property.

Upon arrival the guest room was ready but our room was not ready yet to check in. We had to wait an hour for the our room to be cleaned so we left and went to the airport and picked up our rental car. We made a couple more stops and then we came back to check in. The front desk attendant said the room was ready so our guests checked in and we did too. Housekeeping was still in our room cleaning it up. Looked like they were finishing up. She left it and said she was getting fresh towels. The bathroom had hair on the floor so it didn’t looked like they had swept or mopped it.

The front desk clerk on the 3pm-11pm shift was very professional, welcoming and gave great customer service.

Upon arrival, we did not have any towels in our room due laundry was being done late. In addition, our family was outside with other guests in the pool area and the clerk from front desk on the 11pm-7am shift was racist. We had been in the pool ares for a few hours and no complaints. Mind you, it was Caucasian people and African Americans people outside in pool area and she came to us (African Americans) and said we was keeping up too much noise. She pick our group out of everyone to complain about and said nothing to anyone else. She had just came on duty. We was very rude and racist. In addition, the breakfast bar suck. No meat and was very limited for the price of hotel with continental breakfast.

The accommodation was good.., the room, beds and the Breakfast was fantastic. Hot stuff for breakfast is the best. The location is excellent!

The older lady at night needs to be fired. We do not know if she was just lazy or what. When she was outside and my husband and kid was getting things out to take to the room . She was asking too many questions, unnecessary questions because it is non of her business. In the morning when my children went to see her to ask for extra towels she refused to give any of it. And said, the housekeeping is not open till such and such time. There is a sign in the room that says we can have extra . So it's either she was lazy, cranky because she was working all night or just a mean person in general. Working in an industry like that you have to do your best for your guest. We are paying guest. For $200 a night , we deserve good service. It only takes one person to bring you down.

The breakfast was better than other motels that I have stayed at. The mattress was firm which I love because I have a poor back. The staff was very friendly and helpful because when I arrived at 5PM my room was not ready but they explained why and one of the staff members ran to the room to see why. When she returned she apologized because the cleaning staff had not check that the room had been cleaned and it was ready. Both staff members apologized for the inconvenience and quickly checked me in. I also needed to received a room for the following week and the staff was more then happy to reserve a better room for me for my next stay and the price of the room was a lot better (lower in price).

That my room was not ready when I arrived at 5PM. Most all motel have a check in time of 3PM and not to have my room ready at 5PM was an inconvenience to me.

Clean. Bed was super comfortable. Better than my bed at home. Pillows were good. Bathroom was very clean. Loved the full size Dove body care in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Great proximity to the base.

We went there to see our Grandson Graduate from Army Infantry, location was great, breakfast was good, staff was great, it was clean in all areas.

All good, a few spots in shower area needed a little touch up cleaning, but was still very good!!!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, overall the entire facility interior was spotless and clean. Breakfast on site made it easy to quickly head out and start our day. The front desk woman working 3-11 pm weekday shift was exceptionally friendly and helpful and she exuded the southern hospitality reputation we heard about prior to our first trip to Georgia from the Northeast. I had read some negative reviews about this hotel and was a bit apprehensive prior to our arrival, however we were pleased with this Holiday Inn and would definitely stay here again. The location close to Ft. Benning was perfect for us.

At 9 am on day four of our stay we requested fresh towels with the Saturday morning front desk staff and they were never provided, although the food and beverages we had in the fridge were removed. There is a sign on the front desk stating housekeeping requests must be made by noon. The “gravy” for biscuits and gravy at the breakfast buffet was inedible.

We loved everything about the stay. We arrived at almost 1am, and we were greeted with a smile and given directions. The lobby and room was very clean. The next morning at breakfast, the food was plentiful and very good. I will be coming back in a few weeks for my daughters Airborne graduation.

I liked how friendly the staff was, they would always greet me with a smile. The bed rooms were also cozy and clean and the location was easy to get to as well as the breakfast that would remain warm. Overall it was an great experience.

The only thing that i didn't like is the lack of food and snacks in the hotel its self. I wish they would sell sandwiched or something quick and easy for the go.
