The housekeeper was the sweetest
We asked to move our room because the family next door was super loud and we could not get NO REST for 3 days! we asked to move and was told no. Other then that it was okay

The location is so close to Fort Moore. And expressway. And shopping.
The lack of towels and not cleaning the rooms if you stay longer then 1 day

Staff was nice and room was clean
Location , at first where our room was at questionable people was hanging out where our room was we didn't feel safe but the staff assured us we will be safe

it was a good property and local to things and really close to where I was going.
The only problem I had was the maintenance man came beating on the door and told him to hang on he said he couldn’t hear me but he was gonna come in and I didn’t like that cause I just got out of the shower finally when I did open the door he was gone.

The front desk receptionist was extremely nice and made everything super comfortable. The room was very clean and sanitized. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was a mostly quiet night
The toilet paper only had 3 more sheets left and no more stocked up.

The staff and nighttime clerk are exceptionally nice and they were always asking if we needed anything. I stayed in a disability room and loved the big bathroom however there was no bathtub because of wheelchair accessibility. Ready to get another room tonight 😚🤗
The air conditioner in room 103 sounded like someone was pressure washing. There was no freezer in our small fridge and no coffee / Tea makers in the room.
