That everyone that worked there was very friendly.

Many bugs in my room. Went to go swimming after 11 just to find out pool was closed. That the pool had just been treated and would not be open until 2:30. . I believe that sign should have been posted stating such plus the pool should have been treated prior to opening

Location, Location, Location. Great staff!!! Great menu and drinks in lounge.

Free EV charger on property was broken. There are pay chargers in garage across from hotel, but were very expensive. All the electrical outlets in room were very loose, so I had trouble keeping laptop and phone charging during my stay.

It was great. They were remodeling the inside while we were there but it was not a mess.

There were some wild kids from the neighborhood down the street that came to the pool that were being very wild and loud, and they had to be ran off. But it wasn’t bad. Kids just having fun.

Location was great! Rooms were clean and staff were all professional and very courteous. The access to the Riverwalk is convenient for a nice evening stroll. The view of the river from the room is so relaxing.

Our shower area appeared a little outdated; tearing wallpaper and corner cracks.

Almost Everything was absolutely great. Staff was great and property was clean. It was a great location.

The only thing wrong with our stay was that the bed was not very comfortable and that could be a personal preference we stayed in a king suite

Very clean. From the time you walk in it smelt amazing. Room was very clean and modern looking and a great view of the river. Overall this is a great clean place to stay.

The property was clean and the front desk ladies were very welcoming! The room was phenominal! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid in! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The lady at the front desk was amazing. She answered all of our questions, and had extra blankets sent up to us. Everyone working that day even the lady that fixed me a starbucks drinks should get reconized.

Loved the location, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the bed was super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

I wish the shower head had better settings.
