Great location, good structure, nice staff, good food. The room is very nice, good bed, sheets, appliances. I would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood is pretty safe too. All fine, except...

What I didn't like so much is that the garage is not included in the room fee, I had to pay extra, and it is all a bit bureaucratic. If parking was included, it would be top rate. The place was packed, a valet has to park for you, if I had realized this before booking, I'd have stayed somewhere else with parking included.

Excellent location, near the city's center and easy access to malls, etc. Fast check-in and check-out, attentive staff, especially at the restaurant and breakfast. Good TV in the room.

Minor issues in the apartment, like a loose toilet, poorly working faucet registers, and a bathroom door that did not latch. Small shower box.

The staff is excellent. We asked them to prepare us a lunch before we left on a long drive. They were happy to set it up in a dining room for us and were very interested in helping us with whatever we needed.

The bathroom needs to be modernized and the mattress could be of higher quality. Other than that, the room was very comfortable.

All the buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were great, with diverse options to choose from. Lunch and dinner had a great price. The room was very comfortable.

the AC was not fully functioning so it took a long time to refresh the room. the card key placer to activate electricity in the room had a short circuit, O had figure out that I need to twist it about 30 degrees and place the card for it to work

The room is great and breakfast has a lot of variety, I could find something even for my strict gluten free diet.

The gym is very small and the equipment is old, the pool is super small. It is ok for a work trip, but would not recomend for holidays.
