Loved this pension! The location is perfect! The people were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a little kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, and hot plate plus a small counter with two stools. The room was bright and clean with a nice view. The bathroom was clean and had everything you needed. Every morning they made us a delicious breakfast of egg sandwich or omelette with soup, fruit, and coffee, tea or juice which you could take to your room or eat downstairs. It was great for exploring the area. You could walk to the ferry port to Udo, up the crater, around the geo trail or even over to the aquarium and glass house. There are lots of places to eat and coffee shops. We enjoyed Fritz’s coffee. Oh and it’s very easy to get here on the bus from Jeju airport. Just take the express 101 or the 111 to Seongsan (90 mins or so) and it’s a five minute walk from there and costs less than $3.

This property was the best one that we have stayed in Jeju! It has all that we need at a very reasonable price. The host was waiting for us when we arrived at the property. The breakfast was really delicious! The room comes with a small kitchen, and there 's a nice view of Seongsan Ilchulbong from our room. We stayed for 3 nights and they also provide laundry and drying services for only 5,000krw, and all the clothes are nicely folded and dried when we received them within the same day, after we passed them our load of clothes in the morning. We had some problem with our rental car and they even helped us to call our car rental company and helped us to resolve the problem. Really appreciate our wonderful hosts for making our stay there such a great one!!

This property is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the East and North Coast of Jeju. We stayed here 3 nights and the location is fantastic. Within minutes you can walk to the coastal path and the start of the Seongsan Peak. The town has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores you can walk to. The room which was more like a mini apartment was really comfortable, it was so nice to relax there after a long day of exploring. The views from the windows were epic. The breakfast is a nice touch and gives you a great start today. The Jeju tangerines and home made bread in particular were delicious. We even did some laundry which was returned to us in less than 2 hours, very clean and at a really reasonable cost. We had a car and there were plenty of parking spaces and it was easy to manoeuvre the car in/out. The lady who runs the guesthouse is really friendly and helpful. A great stay and don't hesitate to book if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay whilst on that side of the coast in Jeju.

Everything about my stay at Sungsan (Seongsan) Woori House was outstanding. The room was very large and super clean. Comfortable bed with clean, crisp bedding. Area is quiet and peaceful at day and night (stayed in late April). Hostess very kind and helpful with excellent English skills. She was always on site and available to assist with any questions/recommendations. Wonderful hospitality! Hearty breakfast with eggs, fruit, juice/coffee/tea and a homemade bread (which takes 2 hours to bake) that is absolutely delicious. Very close to Seongsan Ilchulbong. Two minutes to walk over and watch the sunrise there which I did two mornings. Serenity! Many restaurants, a grocery store, a few convenience/mini marts, a bank with ATM -- all in short walking distance. Filtered water for free (no plastic bottles!). Laundry available - washer free, small fee for dryer use. There is no elevator but stayed on top (third) floor. Staff assisted with helping to carry my bags before I even had the chance to ask. Took Bus 111 directly from Gimpo International Airport. Bus ride about 1.5 hours long, with closest bus stop for the accommodation called "Seongsan Ilchulbong Entrance." Walk to Seongsan Woori House is no more than 5 minutes. Saw several bus stop waiting areas as I explored the area which may be for different bus routes but never inquired as I walked everywhere or was picked up by a tour bus. Highly recommend staying at Seongsan Woori House. Really happy to stay again should I be lucky enough to return to Jeju some day.

I felt very comfortable and happy here. The room is spacious and clean. It has a small kitchen and nice bathroom. It even has a nice outside area to enjoy. My room had an amazing view of Seongsan Ilchulbong and also the ocean. Seongsan Ilchulbong is 10 minutes walk. Every morning I got up to see the sunrise. Each evening I enjoyed walking along the clifftops to see the sunset. The main street with places to eat is an easy walk. There are bus stops nearby that can take you to the airport or different attractions. A taxi to Seopjikoji for example also does not cost too much. The ferry to Udo Island (from Seongsanpo Port) is a nice 20 minute walk along the clifftops. Breakfast was delicious. One day they even had homemade bread. I was able to wash my laundry at no extra cost. Because the weather was good they hung it outside and folded it once dry for me. The people are very kind and helpful. I hope to visit again.

We stayed for 2 nights and asked for a room on the top floor. It had a really nice view, both of the port and the Seongsan Ilchulbong. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Unlike some other hotels, there is a separation between the shower and the toilet, which prevents the water from splashing everywhere. Good noise insulation ! We had neighbours, but only heard them when they were exiting their room. We did not use the kitchen, so cannot comment on that. The host was very welcoming, and the breakfast they serve is really hearty.

The pillows were a bit too big for my neck, and the AC took a bit long (15 minutes?) to perform its dry cycle after being turned off. (But these are really minor inconveniences!)

The staff were so kind, friendly, helpful and available. The breakfast was delicious, the room was very cute, clean and comfortable, with a mini-kitchen. Filtered hot and cold water were available for free and laundry services were very easily accessible. The location at Seongsan-ri can't be beat; it's beautiful, peaceful, while just a little ways down the road, there are hip and happening restaurants and stores, not to mention the famous and stunning UNESCO world heritage site Seongsan Ilchulbong!

Loved staying here. The lady who runs the pension is lovely and welcomed us with a smile. We were helped upstairs with our luggage by the lady and her husband and told that we could collect our breakfast tray at 8am. Parking is available on site. The room was very clean and spacious, with a huge comfy bed and rainfall shower. We also had a kitchenette, but didn't use it. There was a sea view from our window too. There is WiFi available, but we didn't use it as we had our own portable WiFi. There is a TV too in the room. Breakfast was very tasty, with a breakfast sandwich, soup, fruit and orange juice served to us on a tray, with we took to our room. There was a breakfast counter and two bar stools in the room to eat at. The pension is very close to Seongsan Ilchulbong to watch the sunrise. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

If I had 1 tiny complaint, it would be that it was quite hot in the room, although a portable air con unit was available. Maybe we didn't put it on for long enough though!

Lady boss was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel so at home. Breakfast was yummy too,with sandwiches/homemade bread,soup,fruits and juice. Lady boss even changed breakfast a little so that my kid could enjoy it more. The room is comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The location is great,super near to Seongsan Illchubong, restaurants and convenience stores and cafes. We enjoyed our walk around the neighbourhood so much. The scenery was superb!

The place is great - from the location to the breakfast. Free parking in the property, which is 10min away from the entrance of the office ticket. The bedroom is great, Korean style with a bed and futons if you wish. Everything is very clean and the room is big. There is a small kitchen in the room of you want to cook, with a small fridge. Breakfast is from 08.00 to 08.30 - they prepare you a plate to take with you to the room - and it's great!
