I would recommend this hotel for its location, hygiene, food, room. There is enough space in the balcony but you don't have any seating arrangement. The room is managed really well with very high standards. You may spend 3-4 hrs for Darshan and then you really need a good place to rest and refresh yourself.

It is not value for money and has limited parking space. You have to park your vehicles on the road which can be dangerous.

The whole property itself located in good locality and I really enjoyed the stay here. For a family having a kid will be very much enjoyable and food is also good and worth the money and it has wheelchair accessibility.

The property is clean and neat and the location is quite good.

The restaurant had very less staff. The wellness centre can have better massagers. The female massager was very average and did not speak English. It was difficult to convey any message.

Breakfast was good but it's chargeable and no complimentary.

Driver sleeping area no good as other many hotels are offering good driver stay and complementary.

Good property overall- good value for money.

The food options could have been increased - and filter coffee and tea should be available 24/7

Relatively new, still somethings are not in place, like the spa is still not fully available. Restuarant has limited options.

Though away from main town it is convenient if you have own transportation.

Well maintained. However its six kms from Dharmasthala temple. For those who want to stay in a quiet place without the typical noise of hotels near the temple this is it.
