Staff was really helpful. The key inputs about the temple and the evening Pooja with Temple Elephant and procession was really useful and we got to enjoy an unexpected experience. He and the driver also helped us find a shop to get a phone charging cable. Totally recommend this place. Hopefully they will keep rates affordable. Location is spectacular, by the river.

I had asked for a lunch parcel to go. The packaging definitely needs to be revisited. While the staff helped with paper plates and spoons, the food packaging was not suitable for the curd rice, that I had ordered. That said, I think they are open to feedback and suggestions.

The warm, attentive staff, the hotel’s luxurious ambiance, the serene and picturesque location, and the beautiful cultural touches (like traditional welcomes) made every moment unforgettable.

Super courteous staff, excellent location, and good connectivity options to the temple and railway station. Autos or taxis are arranged on request, and there is minimal delay with 'acceptable ' rates. The rooms were comfortable and cosy. Recommended and go to place in Subrahmanya 👌.

Being a temple town, the food menu is rather limited (only vegetarian). The vegetarian options on offer are also limited. Could try to include some local delicacies as well. The food tasted good but could have been better.

Excellent hotel ambience with clean areas all around! I really like the water front though the access is a bit winding.

The breakfast was the worst that I ever had! It was tasteless, no authentic quality and it fell well below my expectations. Worst is that I had a fever/nausea after easting the food at the breakfast.

Place was classy and beautiful serene river beside it. Tranquil peaceful place Staff was great and very courteous They performed Aarti to us and welcome drink Food at restaurant was good and great customer service Room was very spacious and clean and great view towards the river and mountain Overall enjoyed a very short stay, wish I could stay longer next time.

The staff were very helpful in guiding us and courteous. The rooms are well equipped and neat. We had only lunch at the restaurant and this was delicious. Well located within 5min drive to Kukke temple. The room had a great river view.

The AC grill made some noise which irritates me as a very sound sensitive person. Staff offered me to change room, but we were there for short stay so managed it.

Starting from the warm welcome, and healthy cooler to relax us from the long journey, along with pleasant gestures to guide us through the whole experience of showing us around and till the next day breakfast experience, to the check out. The hospitality was amazing!! I will for sure recommend this place ( in all the locations) to all my family and friends if they want a wholesome experience.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the hotel staff ensured we are comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was top notch. They let us park our car overnight while we had gone for Kumara Parvatha trek and even helped in getting us an auto to travel to the base point. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth as well. Very neat and tidy room & bathroom, quick room service. Loved the breakfast and dinner we had for 2 days. Specifically want to callout the staff (Ujjwal, Amith, Tushar & Mahaveer who was their manager) at the restaurant for giving us such a great and super quick service.

Pillow was extremely soft, would have preferred a bit harder one (may be that's my own problem). Post lunch time, until dinner time you only get sandwiches and light eats. If you need proper food when you are late for lunch then you will have to step out to find other options. There is a Neo Mysore Cafe at about 2 kms from the hotel.
