1. staff are kind and helpful. 2. buggy service prompt. 3. breakfast was the best meal and they cater a good spread. 4. well organised activities throughout the day that keeps you busy ( bonfire, pottery, tribal dance, Karnataka folk dance, zip lining, natures walk, High tea etc ) 5. there is a waterfall on their property ⭐️ and a waterfall close by , a shiva temple and a coffee plantation you can visit. 6. well maintained property. 7. refrigerator wasn’t working in our room and the staff was quick to replace it. same with the room landline. 8. Dog friendly property which provides variety of food options for dogs - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 9. wifi only in the room and restaurant which is good to unwind!

1. lunch and dinner could have a better spread. 2. high tea could be much much better. 3. as the property is in a secluded area, you need to depend on the hotel for your meals unless you want to drive out pretty far. Half board or full board package preferred for the stay due to its location. 4. Spa can be improved. 5. No AIRTEL service at all! only reliance ! plan ahead !

The location is fantastic. The restaurant and bar overlooking the pool and waterfall are the highlight of the property!

The management should seriously consider in better maintenance of the existing chalets instead of expanding the property with more and more rooms. The place seems already understaffed causing delays in services like housekeeping, buggy pickups and IRD.

Whatever you want or whatever you wish, the staff will give their 100% to fulfill our wish and they will make it done right. Especially Mr. Bhojraj and Mr. Basant, these two helpers were doing a v great job.. entire staff is very helpful and friendly.. we were about to checkout at 5 AM and they arranged breakfast for two pax in the morning at 5 AM.. excellent experience

We had the most rejuvenating experience at this property. The view is breathtaking. The resort has a private waterfall within its property. The staff, the restaurant, the activities (pottery, bonfire, magic show, tribal dance), the facilities, the rooms, all are impeccable. I have slept like a baby for all of the 4 days that we stayed here.

The location is around 50 km inside of madikeri. The drive was a bit too much for us, as we didn't estimate for that. But once you reach the resort, you realise that it's all worth it. The property is exclusive and nestled in the middle of hills in the jungle.

By far the Best resort in Coorg. Fabulous location, the layout, private cottages surrounded by lush greenery, impeccable service by ever smiling trained staff and delicious huge variety of gourmet food. Will certainly come back again.

Nothing much. Except the Nature walk needs to be simpler as mentioned in the brochure. Not the hectic trek with Rope climb down done without prior info which may not suit elderly. However lot of options to stroll and relax.

Beautiful stay. The waterfall is gorgeous and the rooms are nice and clean. The food was good and there are plenty of things to do around the resort. We also went to the spa and the service was great

The approach road takes a while. It takes about 4.5 hrs to reach from Mangalore.

It truly is a piece of heaven.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this place. And the food was cooked to perfection. This place and experience will be etched in our lives as the most wonderful experience a couple can have.

I wish there were more sign boards to direct the guests to Ayatana especially near areas like Shanivar sante and Somvarpet as the roads are a bit confusing.

Amazing property. Very serene remote location. Full board was reasonably priced. The room was well appointed. The entire experience was top notch. We went here a week ago and it was scorching hot. I am sure the property will be plenty beautiful in the rains.

Besides having a unique location, amazing food, a private waterfall and superb spa facility, its a world class hospitality and kindness shown by every member of the resort, something to treasure for a long time!
