The room was clean and tidy. While we went to our rooms we had a small bridge to pass which provided a soothing sound of waters flowing down. The swimming pool was very nice and easy to access. We booked 2 rooms and our rooms were placed beside each other which made things comfortable for us. The lawn area was green and quite well maintained, we had made fun making reels and taking pictures along. We unfortunately couldn't find much time to play in the play area which offered games like billiards, carrom and Table Tennis. Overall we loved our stay at Hill Crest Resort and the hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful in guiding us the sight seeing places and the right time to visit them. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend our friends and family to choose this resort if they visit Coorg any day in the future.

They were exceptionally understanding and even offered us discounts, which was a pleasant surprise. Room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met quickly. The rooms themselves were impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained and the location was simply exceptional. Opting for a mountain view room rewarded us with breathtaking vistas, making our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the food served at the resort was delightful, further enhancing our experience. Overall, our time at Hill Crest Resort was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future.

We booked for 3 nights and we stayed in the terrace view where we got a good view of the mountain hill scenery. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. The rate for 3 nights was quite high but we loved the vacation especially since my daughter and wife enjoyed it..Thanks to the staff of hill crest resorts were good supportive and helpful.

Could see during night time there was frequent power getting off and on.

The rooms and the premises are well maintained and clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The views from the premises are really good. The food at their in house restaurant is really good. We had a great time here.

Room was clean and food awesome

No lift for terrace room. Reception informed us that bonfire is on. We searched twice but couldn't find. Still no one came to show. Actually it wasn't there. Very disappointing.

The breakfast variety was great. The staff were kind and really helpful. Being a new facility the rooms and the common area were clean and neatly maintained.

Email communication is poor. When asked a question in email, I haven’t received answers till date, so was confused if my booking is confirmed or not.

I had stayed at hill crest few days back..I must say it’s a beautiful resort, The staff and quality of the food made my stay memorable. I will definitely recommend all my friends must visit this place. Little heaven❤️
