Everything in this resort was exceptional , mind blowing , awesome. The ambience was breathtaking with the resort situated on a hill slope overlooking a valley and among the coffee and spices plantations. The service was extraordinary with courteous and friendly team from front desk and managing team of Sayantan and Soumyajit. The in Room and restaurant and bar service was mind blowing with great food prepared by chefs Sujoy and Giridhar. If you like pork , do not miss the special Kodava Pandi Curry. It was a exquisite preparation by chef Sujoy. The service of Hritwick, Sayan and Rajeenth cannot be forgotten. It was just exemplary and one of the best I had received. A special work of thanks to this team who went out of the way to serve us in best possible way. I will always remember the parting party organized specially for us. Finally, how could I miss the " Birdman of Coorg" , Mr Ganesh. He had taken me for 2 wondrous nature walks and introduced me to the varieties of coffee plants, spices plants and orchids in one nature walk. In another nature walk he showed me so many beautiful birds of the Nilgiris and Malabar hills that I am short of words to describe the wonderful experience. Also a special thanks to the management team whose names are not known to me who could assemble such a great team and maintained such high standard of hospitality. I will forever cherish this stay.

We definitely loved our stay at the Aurika Coorg hotel! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

- The hotel staff was very friendly and extended personalised support. - Their in-house activities were engaging - Storey Telling session was great. - Their day bed & sitting area in the room balcony was extremely comforatable.

- The approach road which crosses the golf course area was very difficult to navigate at night with no street lights. Heavy rains added more difficulty. - Their payment integration with Booking.com has issues and was constantly marking my uploaded card details as invalid. Raised this with the hotel manager and they are looking into this issue already.

The overall property span, the spacious room and the tranquil surroundings apart from the indoor games, activities and trips to coffee plantations etc. It's better to stay within this facility to enjoy all the amenities that they offer. Also, their breakfast spread is very good... Overall, the experience staying here is very satisfactory

Maybe, there should be a small and separate canteen for drivers with limited options like idli, dosa or local food items since the property is around 3 km off main road....

Aurika Coorg sets the standard for what a pet friendly hotel should be: they consider pets as part of the family and treat them as guests. A summary of the various amenities and facilities available for pets is listed below: - Welcome treat for pups: sugar-free whipped cream and dog cookies - Dedicated pet friendly premium rooms with a dog bed, food and water bowls, and an enrichment game/toy - A fenced pet play area for pups to be free to run around off-leash - A pet walking path dotted with waste disposal stations (poop bags, poop scooper and bin) - Dedicated seating area in the restaurant patio “Promised for Pets” - A special Pet Food Menu with fresh yummy food for the dogs. The chef also made custom meals for our dog to accommodate his food allergies - Pet-friendly and welcoming staff. Warning - doggos may sometimes be more popular among staff than human guests :) By carving out distinct sections of the rooms, restaurant, etc. for pet families, the hotel ensures that pet families have dedicated facilities and can enjoy every part of the hotel, and also that guests who are scared of dogs or have pet-related allergies can be comfortably distanced – hence neither is inconvenienced and both are comfortable. Moreover – unlike many other hotels that claim to be ‘pet-friendly – at Aurika, pets are allowed in nearly every part of the hotel (except for the pool and the indoor section of the restaurant) – my pup even joined me for a yoga session in the fitness centre and a tour of the coffee plantations. Aurika Coorg also lives up to the quality, luxury standards they claim – they truly think of all the small details and provide for it. The rooms, amenities, food and service were all excellent and up to a high standard. The pictures of the property do not do justice to just how lovely the hotel really is – a must visit, especially for guests with pets.

we really don’t know we’re to start from what a great and amazing team hats-off to abhishek what an amazing person he is and there love towards pets that’s amazing i would request all pet parents to go and experience there hospitality they are not pet friendly just for namesake such a lush green property and amazing pet pathway over there great arrangements for pet percents to enjoy there meal with furry kid and enjoy the amazing view of hills and pool & yes we like the space of the rooms ❤️

Everything was fantastic and comfortable; except the rates were little over the top.

No elevators for elderly to reach restaurants and rooms. Also no options of interconnecting rooms and not more than one suit room in whole property. More suits rooms will be comfortable for bigger family or friends group.

Everything! And everyone! Exceptional hotel in a stunning location, with lovely facilities. The morning bird-watching walk with Ganesh was a highlight. Really exceptional staff, all of whom were genuine, friendly and went out of their way to be very welcoming and helpful.

Everything! The manager, Mr. Abhishek, was an excellent host and took care of us since 3 days before travel. He enquired if we had any special needs( I was traveling with my 2 year old son, a pet and my parents). Each of my requirement was taken care of including facilities for my pet. Pet friendliness - they have specifically designed pet rooms with pet bowl and pet bed. They even curate pet meals for a little extra money. Pets are allowed to be tied near pool, outdoor sitting in restaurant and can we walked on leash everywhere. They also provide poop scoopers and dust bins at multiple places so you don't have to worry about taking your gear. All of staff is extremely friendly with pet and truly made us feel welcome with our pet. Kids - on request, they made special food suitable for my 2 year old and made sure it was ready and warm by the time I reached the resort. Kids play area and game room is rich with toys and games to keep the little one engaged.

It's a bit expensive but based on the benefits they offer, found pricing fair.

Sumeet and chef Vineeth need a special mention...Excellent hospitality by both of them The Spa girls were excellent who gave service to us ladies..Hubby's was a disaster

Didn't like Diksha's attitude ( @ the restaurant) not the type of person in hospitality dept..Service at tge restaurant very poor...food average My husband's Spa service was very poor according to him..not sure who rendered service
