I liked the food quality. Choices were less though, but no compromise on quality. I also liked the concept of no plastic bottles, instead there were glass ones unlike many other hotels where we have use plastic bottles. Bathroom is too much indian style with bucket and all and I like it that way. Would be con for others but for me it's a pro.

Staff is very friendly indeed but they are short of it. I had to drag my luggage while checking out. Rooms are a bit old and can see dampness on walls. 6.5k per day is too much for it. 2 star for "value for money" category.

Very cordial staff. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious. We ended up having food primarily in the hotel. The room location was fairly convenient to go nearby places. The staff helped arrange transportation. There's just one floor of rooms - so not a big hotel and the place for lunch / breakfast wasn't too packed.

The TVs are a little old but we didn't end up using them much. So no complaints.

My wife and I are senior citizens in our seventies. The staff was very cheerful & polite. I must especially mention Junaid at the front desk, Praveen in the restaurant and Sudha of the housekeeping staff who indeed made our stay worth it. This property is quite close to the center of Madikeri Town and as such one can't expect natural & scenic view from the room but what one sees is quite pleasant. It is a single storey hotel with high ceiling and no elevator, therefore older people may find climbing the stairs a bit of a challenge but not difficult. The premises are very tastefully done with pleasing interior.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is well versed. Loved the hospitality.

Limited food choices at restuarant if you are a foodie

Staff were welcoming and their buffet Breakfast and Dinner was awesome. They do have pool, which we couldn't use due to rains. The recreation are was just about ok - a room with some board games, carroms etc

Okeyish facilities. Alacarte is expensive. Better to opt for package meals when booking hotel. This is closer to city - so don't expect nature views from room.

The hotel had a splendid ambience - the staff, the food, the service, the cleanliness and the beautiful balcony amidst such soothing weather was an unforgetting experience for us. Loved the place! Very well located within 2 kms of main town square!! Must stay hotel :)
