1) Central location - about 1-1.5 km from the City center that houses all Restaurants and Bus Stand. Calm, quiet and peaceful locality surrounded by household and a safe looking place. 2) Room - Spacing, Bedding, Chairs, Table are all ok. Quality of Toiletries are ok. Would be good if the Washing Machine is kept in working condition, especially when we stay more than 2 nights. 3) Provision of Water & Breakfast - Good arrangements; Local, homemade Breakfast was provided. It was good, healthy and tasty and not overpowering. Also, Tea / Coffee provided - ok quality. Water - Packaged Water is provided; also, Water filter is available on the 2nd floor pantry, from which one can fill up required water. 4) Service - Full time attendant is available and also a helper. They do a good & quick job and available throughout to attend to any issue and ad-hoc requirements, as well. They can also arrange for Cab, Food, etc.

1) Location - as road repair work was going on, it was difficult to locate the place, especially in the night. Need to proactively advise the future occupants, till the road issue is fixed. 2) Room - No storage space (Cupboard) was provided in my room. Also, the Walls of the room need to be painted as they are dirty as also the Ceiling that has lot of black marks or mold? left on it. As I stayed for 5 consecutive nights, these were serious issues for me. 3) Amenities - Need to repair the Washing Machine and provide the same, especially if stay is beyond 2 nights, it becomes a key requirement. Also, need to have a tie up with a quicker Laundry service.

Food was great. Loved the connecting the staff brough. Suhaib was amazing and the owner was too. Such a pleasure when people take the time to personally help you with small things that made a difference. Thank you again for such a pleasant trip and we will definitely visit again.

We booked a double deluxe room, it was quite spacious and we had an amazing experience, the location was just right. The staff was courteous enough and we had a delicious homemade breakfast, though the spread was quite small, we were satisfied with the 2-3 varieties they provided as they tasted good. check-in and check-out were smooth and the did not disturb us much. overall we recommend this place for any family trip who are not much into commercial hotels.

The breakfast was too yummy. The owner of the property is very friendly and nice in fact the care taker was also very much helpful. He even baught my needs from outside though it was raining also he was kneen to help for any needs. Definitely the owner would have trained him well.

All were good no cons, it would add cheery on the cake if lunch/Dinner can also be served, people won't mind paying when they get good homely food.

The room was neat and tidy. The breakfast was very delicious- cooked in-house. Overall, it was good value for money.

The room was big enough for 2 ppl only with the existing furniture and to have an extra matress for our family of three, the extra chair and table was removed. And with our luggage, the room felt but cramped. The extra matress provided was stinking and the bedsheet for the extra matress was not at all fresh. We ended up sharing the double bed which was bit uncomfortable.

Location & view is very nice.all rooms were very clean .owner of the property was very nice helpful,cooperative. breakfast prepared was very nice felt like we are eating at home. I will recommend this place to any visitors.

Pls don't order any food from alacart as it was not up to mark.not tasty as the order it from hotel .

Had a pleasant stay here. The hosts were exceptionally kind n caring. It's very close to madikeri town. The rooms were clean and homemade breakfast was provided. Everything was good. It's located in a calm and peaceful locality.

The size of the cot could have been bigger. It's not even 6ft. Our legs would pop out of the bed.

Breakfast was really good and delicious. The place is at quiet and peaceful location and very near to the major sightseeing areas.

I would like to suggest if there could be fridge and AC available specially for the summer season which we faced it during this stay.

Breakfast was too good, never had this great idli. Room was large, clean, well furnished and properly equipped. Had a great ambience.

The receptionist was not responsive, though had a fantastic stay
