The complimentary breakfast provided on 30th March 2023 morning not satisfactory. did not have any variety. No coffee was avaialble. Tea was not tasty. Therefore we skipped our breakfast on 31st March, 2023. the breakfast should include south indian idllis vada pongal or chow chow bath some fruits fruit juices and best tea and coffee and egg omlet bread toast all these would be available in star hotels of your size,, this is a must. foreigners also would love breakfast of this variety. You need an efficient Chef who can prepare these items. Breakfast should be ready by 7.30 a.m latest as most visitors are tourists would like to visit places early in the morning soon after sunrise since all tourist spots are having some distance to travel and return. Next time when I visit I THINK THESE FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE. You will learn from the best restaurant avaialble next door for breakfast variety. good luck

Although the rooms are compact, they are neat and well-maintained. My one-night stay was quite comfortable, especially given the excellent location at this price point. The staff is courteous, the atmosphere is clean, and the breakfast is delightful. A good hotel with nothing to complain about. The prime location is a definite highlight. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Overall, my experience was very positive.

The rooms are small but impeccably clean. I had a pleasant one-night stay, and the location is fantastic for the price. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is neat, and the breakfast is enjoyable. A solid hotel without any grievances. Its prime location is definitely a plus. The staff was very accommodating, and the amenities were quite good. All in all, I had a positive experience.

Lack of proper ventilation... Even if coorg is a cool place inside the room it's hot and there is only 1 table fan placed above the bed is no good. Please rectify this if you want to provide a best stay to your customers. And the breakfast provided is also not tasty. And I don't see the value you provide for 2200 rupees stay

Outstanding service. Breakfast provides was tasty and like home made. Stays were well Maintained. All the small helps Was satisfied by the room service. Overall the regalia grand is grand .

Breakfast was not a good experience, on a trip we deserve breakfast at our convenience, they served at 8am morning and there was no option to hot that again. Would you like to eat a dosa prepared 2.5 hrs before?

The hotel we chose provided us with a complimentary breakfast which was good and as well hired a private taxi for sightseeing. Immensely helpful as we knew nobody in the city. The rooms we were shown were small and congested, unlike the rooms in the pictures but we had a more or less pleasant stay.

The ambience was good......also was the spacious room.... But I would recommend that the staff be more courteous in recommending the nearby restaurants and hotels if they don't treat their guests with "Treebo" recommended hotels......
