Ridiculously comfy beds! And the breakfast was amazing. The pool looked lovely but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Lots of peacocks everywhere which was pretty cool.

When we arrived I felt that the staff was a bit judgmental/rude when my boyfriend said he did not speak Portuguese. You would think at a big hotel like this it would be more acceptable and they might have someone available who speaks English. I do speak Portuguese, but they even asked me at the valet if i was “sure” i was in the right place. The WiFi was awful - i am shocked people are able to work from here. We also struggled with the bathroom door, which was heavy and made of glass and would slam a lot, we were worried it would break.

The room was great. The place and the architecture are beautiful. The spa service was very good, but it needs some maintenance and updating.

The service is not to par. Some of the toiletries were not in the room and had to be asked. Some were never delivered. Also, I didn't like the fact that the valets did not have their name tags on them. That was so discriminating, as all other employees had them. Their bathroom facilities by the pool were old and run-down. Definitely, they do not follow the same level and standards of the outdoor areas and the hotel itself. That was so disappointing.

Nice hotel, in front of the lake. Good breakfast, but not the best for a 5* hotel I have tried. Bedroom is enough big with shower and both. Comfy king size bed

Price is expensive for an hotel : 1- you don’t even get 1 free bottle of water, shame 2- no iron in the bedroom you have to ask and pay for pressing 3- products in bathroom , basic one and no teeth brush 4- terrace but no furniture, so can’t use it

The hotel is a true five-star hotel. From staff to infrastructure, everything works amazingly good. I had a problem with may checkin, because may room wasn't ready even by 16h00 and checkin starts at 14h00. But the staff was very supportive and provided me compensation with a late check-out with no costs, which was great for me, but if I had other plans for my next day it may not could worked out.

Very modern and comfortable place to stay. The location at the lake, the pool, the comfortable rooms.

The hotel is not located near to the city centre, so everything requires an Uber or a taxi. Furthermore, the spa area is old and doesn’t feel up to the hotel standards. Definitely needs some renovation.

The pool area is great as well as the spa. The rooms are good. Bathrooms a little dated but still good. Location is a bit removed but still convenient.

Restaurant options for lunch and dinner were not great. The showers in the spa took forever to get warm and had low pressure.

The room is very spacious. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a bathtub that is separate from the shower. I've never seen so many options in a breakfast buffet, there were 7 tables full with food!

The restaurant is not very good. The food took too long and they got our order wrong. It was also too pricey for what they offer.

Wonderful view, great swimmingpool, fantastic breakfast. Kind people. It was very comfortable.

Price is very high and it would be nice to have a free bottle of water and coffee every day . The hotel wouldn’t loose much and that would be just nice.

The architecture of the building is outstanding. Clean, beautiful, elegant. Right by the lake. The facilities are great. The included breakfast is excellent! The staff are all courteous and unobstructive. The rooms were all redone over the COVID period and are fresh and modern.

The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. Actually most of the staff was great! At the restaurant the staff helped me to charge my phone. We. had Feijoda on Saturday and oh dear, the buffet was wonderful! They had nice music play during lunch. The breakfast was very good, tasty and has a variety, VERY GOOD! The pool is great, they even played music with a DJ (for me a little to much party and people showing off their "perfect bodies")

I did not really like the architecture but I am sure people that are more into the architecture of Brasilia will love it. I was surprised that there was mould in the bathroom on the silicon and that the strips (part that bring floor and wall together) in the room were dusty and not well cleaned. See in the pictures.
