I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its prime location (just a 7-minute walk from the heart of Tórshavn) and stunning sea view from my room. The room was quiet and clean, had a pleasant layout and felt very spacious. The hotel's interior and exterior are well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast was delicious and offered a diverse selection to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this eco-friendly hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything about my stay was great! The hotel is providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Breakfast very good, room good and fridge to keep stuff cool, ice machine in breakfast area available, vending machine in reception , easy walk to buss station/ferry /and taxi terminal and also local min supermarket, and the city centre all an easy 10 min walk, fabulous view from the hotel and a quiet area , easy travel from the airport as well, good wifi in the hotel, parking outside, get your duty free at the airport and don't be shy with soft drinks in cans.

Nothing to do with the hotel it was more than ideal for our 3 day stay, check before you travel if there is a strike on though this did cause us an issue, nothing to do with the hotel they helped us out.

Good location; a 2" walk to Skansin (fort) and from there a 4" walk to Tinjanes (historical center). Parking lot right in front of hotel; there were still open spots at midnight. Hotel room is small, but that was to be expected as that's pretty much the norm for this price point. It was clean and comfortable and perfectly fine for one person. The rest of the facilities were also nice. Good breakfast buffet that opens early enough for people who need to catch a late morning/early afternoon flight out of Vagar Airport, and a bright, airy lounge on the 3rd floor with coffee table photobooks of Torshavn and views of the fjord and the island Nolsoy. Receptionists were very helpful with restaurant suggestions, map and directions around town.

Excellent value for money, super friendly and amazing staff, great breakfast with always available amazing coffee, amble parking spaces and excellent location. Tórshavn is a great place to stay if you want to cover all the key areas of Faroes and you are not too keen on staying in cottages. The hotel is walking distance to numerous restaurants as well. All of these makes this Hotel in the Faroes an excellent choice.

The beds could be bit more firmer/nicer

Staff were exceptionally helpful! Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff... they really made us feel welcome and looked after.

Our room was right across a building site on the seafront. It's ok as we still had partial views of the amazing sea. But it was during 2 stormy nights when the plastic cover of the building site kept us awake as it kept flapping in the strong winds. Breakfast was okay and would be great to have a bit of variety if staying more than 2 days. But over-all the food was substantial and service was good.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast which is always included was one of the best parts of our stay. Overall the room was pretty clean but there was no mini fridge for us to store some goods we had. The beds were comfy and there was e coffee machine we could use to make either coffee or tea in our room. There was a coffee machine in the breakfast lounge which was accessible 24/7, a perfect way to start your day with a free coffee to go.

There was a quite unpleasant smell in our room which after some minutes we would get used to so not that big deal.

We drove to the capital after a very long flight, so we’re were looking for someplace convenient and “easy” to stay for our first night (before moving into apartments and doing more of our own cooking). The hotel is easy to find, has parking and they were available to check us in at 9:30pm, very nice and convenient! The room was comfortable and cozy; there is a “breakfast” area where guests may gather at any time, with tables and comfortable seating (so you can bring in a take-out lunch or dinner, or a family could play games, it’s a nice space). Breakfast was lovely; there was a great selection of breakfast foods, something for everyone. We every much enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend to others.

The location was great; easy to drive to and parking was plentiful. The building itself is really pretty and there was a nice lounge area on the second floor. It was a short walk to restaurants, stores and tourist sites in the city. The breakfast had a lot of options and was really pleasant. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was cute, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was very as seen in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Additionally, we took advantage of the car rental discount we got because of staying here which was a great help for our budget!

The beds were a little more firm than we are used to, and we only had one pillow each, so if that is important to you it's something to think about. I had a travel blanket with me that I was able to fashion into extra support. (In retrospect, I'm sure that we could have asked for more pillows, but we are shy Canadians and honestly didn't want to bother anyone with the request 😁).

Location very close to the bus station in Torshavn, easy to get to. Clean room. The breakfast was ample and various, however there was one day when it was not served from 7 AM as the staff forgot that it was autumn daylight saving hour change (was not a big issue for me thou). Friendly staff.

The view from my room was at a rocky wall behind the building - would not have been a problem if was not there a pile of rubble from a construction site (the hotel should clean the site around its vicinity).

Staff were exceptional. All very helpful and very friendly. Vivian was brilliant! Always a smile, always a "hello" and helpful to a fault. My room was large and had everything needed, including a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. There was a fresh coffee pod style machine in the room, and ample supplies of pods/milk/creme. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of breads, cold meats, cheeses, and fruit, as well as various cerials/muselis etc. but ............ The location wasn't central, but a mere few minutes walk from the centre, and more than suited my needs. I would definitely stay here if I return to Torshavn.

Breakfast was good, with a wide selection - but it was exactly the same every day. The "warm" selection became tedious and wasn't actually that "warm". The "scrambled" egg was almost solid and the sausages were the typical Scandinavian synthetic hot dog type. A variation of bacon would have been very welcome once in a while. NOTE: this is my ONLY negative!
