The top feature for us was the very spacious terrace with panorama to the port with the ferry activity and to the main shopping area of Limenas, we had the suite at the last floor (you have an elevator to the second floor and one short flight of stairs to the apartment door). The view is amazing. There is shade on the terrace in the morning perfect for serving breakfast, and in the evening you can watch the sunset from there and than later you can watch the town come to life. Rooms are very clean, beds are super comfortable and also the sofas, there is air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of everything you might need: shops, restaurants, cafes, two markets within a 5 minutes walk. There are parking places on the street leading up to the hotel you may or may not find parking there, but the hotel provides some parking places for the guests, within availability. Also as a bonus, on two of the nights of our stay at Galini we had some amazing live music from the terrace of the restaurant across the street, we really enjoyed that from our terrace

The room was clean, everything great about the cleanness. The view was amazing. Nothing bad to say about the room.

We didnt have parking at first, but we reserved a room with private parking. We told the lady from the reception (that was a little bothered about our request) told us that she dosent have a parking spot for us and we will find on the street. We go to the beach and come back at 8-9 PM and in limenas, at that hour is very crowded. After 10 min of searching for a parking spot, we called her and she gave us a parking spot( the problem is the parking spots are accessible with a key and she didnt have that key or she didnt want to give us the key). The problem was solved, but i think only beacuse we ve had some attitude, otherwise no. The fridge from the closet is not working if you keep it in the closet, you have to take it a little bit out.

The location of the hotel is great, right near all the restaurants. If you want a very quiet place, this is not for you because the hotel across the street has live music until around 11 PM, but for us it was not a problem. The hotel is very clean, beautiful garden, private parking- although we used the public one.

The only downside was the size of the room. So small that we barely had space to leave the luggage near the bed. Also the bathroom was even smaller, the shower had a small door so there was water everywere, the sink so small that if you turn the water on at maximum, ot gets our of the sink. But overall it was ok, clean, confortable bed, clean towells every day.

- Location is great. hotel is in the city center. you can see the sea and ferries. also 5 or 7 mins drive to main beach clubs. - Cleaness and room quality was also good. - Parking area is exceptional feature. a chained and locked space is allocated only for you

- Internal sound Isolation. Internal isolation and silence is most important think for me. In this hotel you can hear everything from the other rooms. Door closings, Child's screaming, drunk people laughing, jumping running of kids in upstairs etc. If there is noisy people at other rooms its annoying that you can hear them like they are in your room. - I think the sink in our bathroom was clogged. Even though the tap was open, the water was draining slowly from the sink. But I did not mind it and did not told the stuff.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Galini on Thassos Island. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the center, making it convenient to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with both the rooms and common areas kept spotless. One of my favourite features was the beautiful backyard, which provided a lovely space to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Galini for anyone visiting Thassos Island.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about my stay at Hotel Galini. Everything from the location to the cleanliness, the beautiful backyard, and the friendly staff made my experience thoroughly enjoyable.

The hotel is in a very central location, you can find whatever you are looking for. It is very close to Keramoti port and you can reach it immediately. They gave us a special place to park our car, which was very VALUABLE they saved our lives (Many many thanks!!) The room size is extremely enough, clean room and comfortable bed. The lady working at reception allowed us to check in early as the room was available and was extremely polite. In short, the hotel and the room have everything you are looking for. Thanks for everything!

Everything. This is what you expect when you say value for the money. Exceptional lady who is the host on receptional- forthcoming, addressed and helped with everything we needed. Cleaning lady Elena is also a star. Wifi is excellent like rarely is in Greece- and we have both worked and had no issues. Towels are changed every day, which is amazing. It is cleaned every day. Buildimg is small yet it has elevator. View from terace with sea view is great. Air condition is also working with no issues. Location is as central as possible and yet after midnight all goes quiet and no problems with noise. Real gem is parking with locker in place where its impossible to park. If you do not need imediate access to beach this is highly recomended, we had a car so no issues fir us. City beach is accesible by foot. Btw the best coffee in Thassos is in the building - "Black drop". All restaurants and bars are minute away. You met and exceded all our expectations. Thank you

Great hotel in the top location in Thassos Town. The room was very clean and fresh towels provided every day!

The room was a bit small but as we did not stayed much, for the night sleep it was perfect. The walls are very thin and could hear all the other guests. Also in the hotel that's in front of Galini can get quite loud, especially if they have live performance.

The hotel is located in the top center, there is a bakery right next door, also a large supermarket, 5 minutes from the old port of Limenas and 10 from the main port. The view from the terrace is very beautiful with the sea, the ships, and the sunsets were fabulous. The staff is very kind, the room was cleaned every day, the towels were also changed every day.

It's a bit noisy because of the central location, but that doesn't depend on the hotel.

Proximity to anything you might need: minimarkets, bakery, coffee, the port of Thasos great view, restaurants

I had no problem with this however, just mentioning this for other guests that might: being right in the center of the most populated street in Thasos town, it tends to be loud until late in the night, someone sensitive with sleep might have problems.
