The location, the design, the feel of it.

You can hear every step someone is taking in the room above. The WiFi connection is not very good, very weak signal, you can barely connect to it. We gave up complaining about it. Only one restaurant with not enough options, no room service so if you are not on time in the restaurant, you will not have anything for dinner. No small shop or vending machines for snacks. Even though is full season the bicycles for rent were not available because they were being repaired.

Lovely resort, set in am amazing location, with good views over the Danube Delta. The room (we had the 2 apartments rented) is very nice and clean, with everything that you need.

All the food in the restaurant is bought from a supermarket, nothing is local (including the "catch of the day" column came from frozen fish). We had 2 apartments because we traveled with 2 children (1 an 4 years old) and paid for everyone, obviously. Nevertheless, there were only 4 cushions and pillows and I had to ask twice for the baby crib. Lastly, on the day of the checkout someone from facility checked the rooms in order to make sure we declare everything we consumed from the minibar. Honestly, after paying 500 euros on 2 accommodation, I wouldn't even think not to declare de 4 euros drink I had from the minibar...

The room was spacious, with furniture that beautifully reflected the natural environment of the Danube Delta. The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with the bathroom being impressively large. The included breakfast was of excellent quality, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious food. The property felt like a small, charming village, perfect for spending a relaxing day without needing to leave. The staff was nice and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so I could hear people talking in adjacent rooms and footsteps from the floor above.

Friendly reception and cleaning staff, eager to give suggestions and solve issues. Good trips recommended with local staff. Great room in villa L we loved it a lot and also our small child. And also good/tasty food in the main restaurant. The baggage is transported from the arrival deck by the location staff which is very helpful

The restaurant staff are not very well prepared on the menu dishes, what they contain and to offer recommendations. Also the fish is only frozen in all menu dishes no fresh fish. On the last day before check out the room cleaning already started and we also found one extra bed left in the room before we took the baggage out.

the local restaurant is one of the best you can get in the region, very good dishes fish based and also other breakfast rich and diverse proximity to the beach, nice 20 min walk, we recommend reaching Capul Buival where you can observe the impressive the flow of the Danube into the Black Sea, amazing nature, highly recommend boat trips through the canals - something you don't see elsewhere

sound insulation between rooms - you can hear everything from rooms around and upper floor all activities are a bit pricey - worth exploring with locals for boat trips, etc.

Location, breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable, boat trips experiences, close to the sea, very nice dogs, pool, the resort in general

Food at the restaurant is not so good and also quite expensive, there was a bit of smell in the bathroom because of the drain, the bathroom could look a bit better (the tiles look old)

Great location with wonderful staff and good accommodations. Plenty to do for both children and adults, the beach is 15 minutes away and it is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options, hotel restaurant is a good options for lunch or dinner but you can also find other good restaurants near by.

The distance from some of the cabanas to the restaurant can be a bit long, also the multitude of dogs on the premises can be disturbing even if they are well behaved, the sheer number of them is just too much.

Great location - Danube Delta is absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, very clean and with great facilities. Great breakfast included in the price. Restaurant food is also very good. The staff is very friendly and available to help at any point.

The standard double room is pretty basic, with poor lighting and feeling quite cold / damp. This didn't match the 4 start expectations.

The location is very beautiful and quiet, the staff is kind and the food is very good and tasty. The whole experience feels like a vacation in the country at the grandpas. I really recomand this location.

Maybe the only thing that it wasn’t ok was the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell and the shower attachment was broken so a little difficult to take shower.

The resort facilities, cleanliness and staff are very good. The harmony with nature is spectacular! It's all about relaxation and reconnecting with nature.

The restaurant's a la carte food is a 7/10, but it makes up for it with the restaurant in the campsite.
