The View from our room, its superb! The place is so perfect for us! Its super clean, the room and the corridor. Very generous with gifts for my son, he love the activity Items. The Staff are nice. And we had a very smooth early check out as you need to drop the card in the box. Amazing! The pool view is great The hotel is connected to the Langham Mall, we love it! i wish we stayed longer! :) My son love Cordis! We love Cody!

Great location, walkable distance to MTR and mall. Enjoyed staying in Cordis. The view from the fitness center / Swimming pool level is amazing. Thanks to all the staff who were taking care of us really well. Special thanks to Mr. Vinod from the restaurant. He really took care of us and other guests with utmost care. Definitely recommended and we will be visiting it again!

We stayed at Cordis, Hong Kong, for three nights, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We travel frequently and have stayed in many five-star hotels, but Cordis stands out as one of the best—if not the best—because of the incredible people and service. A special mention to Jocelyn- guest service supervisor, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was exceptional, ensuring we had everything we needed during breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner in the Club Lounge. I highly recommend booking a Club Lounge stay—it’s a huge plus. The variety of food, wine, and overall hospitality was outstanding. We also arrived on my birthday and were upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. The location is perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and visiting the harbor, with easy access to and from the airport. If you’re coming from the airport, you can take the A21 Skybus and get off at stop number 8.

Starting from the boyz at ground floor to the check out team. Everyone was wonderful. Lily/Lilian/Tamy. They were superb during our check in. Smiling face, happy to help. The pool team. Terence and james I guess were wonderful too. The cafe team Eula and one more girl was there I dnt remember her name though. A big shout out for these girls specifically. Knowing my daughter isnt enjoying the food outside the hotel, they offered to pack some stuff for her. Everytime I am back in HKG, I am staying in cordis. Keep up the good work

Meals for kids like milk should not be charged. HKG is a prime location because of Disney land and families travel witj kids. Charging them with 60$ for milk is crazy

Everything was great.

Everything about the hotel (service, cleanliness, comfort, amenities), and the location in Mong Kok. When you visit the most densely populated place on earth and experience how everything functions so smoothy, you feel energized and uplifted. Of course it's sweaty outside in the summer, so it's nice to beam yourself up to your spaceship and enjoy the best shower in Hong Kong.

I love this hotel! Not my first stay, surely not my last one. The hotel is very good located in the heart of Mongkok. Close to the MTR station "Mongkok" (red/green line). The hotel is directly next to the shopping mall Langham Place. There is a direct link between the hotel and the MTR station through Langham Place (just follow the hotel sign). Very convenient - especially during one of Hong Kongs heavy rains. The rooms are quite spacious for Hong Kong standards with a very lovely view. Loved the tea and coffee station, which is included in the price. There is free Tai Chi and Yoga class at the pool on 41st floor. Highly recommended. Very good organized luggage storage on the ground floor and friendly staff.

The elevators tend to take quite some time. I had to wait several times quite long until the elevator even came. For a big hotel with so many rooms it's a bit unpleasant. But this is not a reason not to stay in this hotel. I will surely come back.

The hotel is located in Mongkok area that is a lively area of Hong Kong with many traditional activities around. The surroundings are always full of life and the hotel offers a confortable retreat from the noisy city. The access to the hotel is extremely convenient with public transports that allow to reach easily any destination. The rooms are confortable and very clean. Efforts are done to reduce water and plastic consumption. Staff, as always, is very helpful and supportive.
