room clean, good for blankets. Had split system air con. Staff friendly, info on town in room, team and coffee. Had 5 beds which suited the family. 2 bedrooms and the 5th bed in main area.

The chairs did not fit under the table due to having arms, so took up a lot of extra space in the room, had to keep moving them around depending on what we were doing - watching tv, prepping breakfast. Very small work bench for kettle and toaster. Very minor.

Rooms were neat, clean and modern. All the amenities that we needed. The parking bays were huge a S had heaps of room which was excellent with a 4wd. The staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds were well kept. Easy access driveway on and off the highway. Even though the highway was right out front, there was barely any road noise.

Smoking was allowed directly infront of the rooms. Which meant the smoke would just come in under the doors etc. there is no breakfast service or meals however they can be ordered in.

Pleasant and helpful manager. Great bathroom with disabled facilities, very much appreciated. Very comfortable room. Although it did not have a restaurant, they had a list of restaurants from which we could order and have delivered and charge back to the motel.

It was a little bit noisy. Our room was close to the highway - however once we went to sleep, it did not wake us.

Loved the overall size of the room - loved the separate room with the TV etc. Bathroom was huge and had a very deep luxurious bath!

Didn't like that there were no opening windows, although there was a screen door so could open the door for fresh air.

Beds were a little uncomfortable…. Could feel the springs, but could also live with it - not the end of the world. We had some noisy neighbours 2 doors up - not anything that was the fault of the motel… just bad luck. They did some knock and runs on our door… was a bit of a pain trying to get the kids to sleep - but agin not in anyone’s control and it wasn’t the end of the world

The comfort, facilities available within the room exceeded my expectations It was great to have a toaster. I am a coeliac and it is great to be able to make my own breakfast as it is not always possible to be catered for as gluten free

For the purposes of my trip , it was all very good Beautiful and clean with everything I needed Great job

If we could give this property 10/10 we would! Staff were friendly & helpful, facilities were spotless and well appointed. Beds super comfortable, shower hot, kitchen well appointed. Rooms quiet, parking under cover. Absolutely everything was well above par! This is our new go-to stop over in Roma for our next trip!

Absolutely nothing!

The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and upgraded our room. Bottles of water , milk and biscuits were provided complementary which is no longer always the case.

Can’t think of anything that could have been done better.

Clean and comfortable; friendly and welcoming staff; complimentary chilled bottled water; good range of charge-back options for meals.

Rooms in front section (where we stayed) can be a little noisy because they face the highway, although we found our Sunday night stay restful.

The sound proofing in the rooms was brilliant! We have kids and 1 in particular is a bit noisy around bed time. Also knowing that we could sit out front and have a laugh without disturbing others or waking the kids was excellent.

Main bed was a little uncomfortable (but thats just personal preference)
