View of the mountains. Size of the room. Friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. Willingness to modify the reservation at the last minute (shift to one night versus two).

Connection to the internet was good in the morning, but not so good at night. There was a safe in the room, but there were no instructions on how to operate it, and it did not seem to work.

Great all around……Edison spoke English very well and was excellent to deal with. Secure parking for the bike was under the hotel in a palatial and fancy garage!! Breakfast and supper was great too. Would defiantly stay here again!!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. This is no longer a 3star hotel as we understand it. The staff were smiling and charming and nice to us. But that didn't overcome the issues.

The hotel rooms and corridors are very depressing. They desperately need a makeover. The hotel is cold. There is no heating in the rooms. The corridors are open to the outside at the rear. The doors in the restaurant are always wide open. We always find it strange reading the notice about water sustainability and towels when you have to run the hot water tap for 5 minutes to get any hot water and waste water in the process. In this instance you could have run it all night and there would have been no hot water. The system didn't work. We didn't wash for two days. When we complained about this we were told it was often a problem with piso 3. We weren't offered a room on another floor, just a room on the same floor with the same problem and the hotel was far from full. We had to ask at checkout as no discount was offered. Be warned!

Breafkast is terrible, one egg or a piece of toast with maybe a few avocado slices. Takes FOREVER to get coffee. Close to main plaza but that is about the only positive thing about this hotel.
