Staff were great and eager to help. I was cold and asked about a heater for my room, they didnt have but they were quick to give me more blankets which was much appreciated. Shower was hot. There was also secure parking for my motorcycle.

Hard to find, unfortunately for them, this is the fault of google maps, but i kept getting led down an alleyway to a turn that didn't exist. It may be of benefit for them to reach out to guests and provide a map or directions.

Beautiful and cozy place, the room was confortable for our family, clean, with windows and doors, a nice view from the balcony, it was peaceful, warm water to take a shower, Walter is a very kind person always available to guide us preparing activities , the personal was friendly and kind, too. Definitely recommend for families.

Walter was really helpful with everything we needed to know (where do the collectivos to any direction stop, how much does it cost etc.) The breakfast was really good, the room was spacious and we could leave there our stuff when we went for a multiple day trek. It was a great choice.

The neighborhood is little bit further from the city centre and it seemed a bit deserted in the evening, but it was actually without any issues.

The staff was very attentive and friendly and always helped if asked.. also they clean everyday if so wished the rooms. A little garden with beautiful flowers where all kind of birds showed up every morning (especially colibris ...) which I really liked... And it gave me peace and tranquility when I have been there .

Beautiful view of the cityscape and the backdrop of the lush Andean mountains. An easy 5 minute walk downtown. Spacious room, with a huge comfortable bed, a balcony and a bathroom with all desired ammenities. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. Also, the place was fantastic value for money.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed it, staff were so kind, we loved Walter and he really helped us to find the best things to do in the area. The hiking was truly amazing and we had so much fun,

The location and views were very nice. I also liked the terrace.

The surrounding area was a bit noisy. There was no soft/warm light in the room.

A great place to explore Huaraz or plan for hiking trips around Ankash. The bonus for us was the carpark for our camper. Great comfortable, clean and quiet place.

It is a bit tricky to get there, but it is something related more to the city than to the place.
