The front staff were so friendly and helpful! They appeared to be young, but were very professional and kind. We had an unplanned stay at the hotel that night because our car broke down on the Turnpike. Needless to say we were a little frazzled and tired when we showed up, and the friendly faces were so welcome!

The only thing we can think of, (and isn't even the fault of the hotel...) was that our room faced the parking lot and the curtains did absolutely nothing to block out the light from the street light. Both my husband and I and our two toddlers couldn't fall asleep and had to rig towels and extra blankets around the window to try and block out the light. Maybe better placement of the curtains to fully cover the windows?

Housekeeping was on point! Clean facility and friendly staff. I especially loved the coffee machine in the front lobby that was available 24/7!!

Breakfast was good but wish more protein options were available. Room was good and bed was good but the pillows are not very supportive or comfortable. I usually take my own pillow when I travel, but forgot it on this trip. Also, the fire alarm was set off a couple of times during my stay, and one of those times was 5:35am. No explanation or apologies were given for that situation.

Close to shops, coffee, gas station. Not in a nice area of town. In a run down neighborhood but the parking lot was semi gated and lots of cameras. Right off the freeway, lots of traffic. The facility needs some updating but it was clean. Staff mopping and cleaning, smelled like cleaning products. The room was fresh and clean. The breakfast was well stocked. The beds were very hard.

It was unplanned as flight diverted to Wichita instead of Denver. Airport van driver was so nice. It was 11 pm & I hadn’t eaten since breakfast. Driver did McDonalds drive through for me. Carried my bags into hotel. Front desk young woman very pleasant & helpful. Room clean with every amenity. Bed & linens so comfortable. Sorry I had to leave before breakfast, as it sounded delicious. Cappuccino maker in lobby.

We were able to find a parking lot near an entrance to our room. The employees that made breakfast were very friendly and respectful,they kept making sure everything was refilled and working.

My husband went inside to get us checked in and keys for our room when one of the three front desk employees was very rude and disrespectful and behaved liked her time was being wasted and didn’t want to be there. My husband has been driving over 12 hours ,the last thing he needs is feeling unwelcome for something we paid and he deserved. Also,the hotel promotes that is a non smoking area but right by the side door , there is a dish plate full with burned cigarettes and as soon as you opened the side door it smells like cigarettes. Also when my husband tried checking out at 7:30 there was no receptionist to be found.

On our motorcycle trip from Richmond VA to the Grand Canyon and back, we've stayed in almost a dozen hotels, so far. We usually like to stay in the smaller, independent hotels, but tonight, we are in the Best Western in Wichita, KS! Great choice! Check in was a breeze. The nice lady at the desk was helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Our room was very spacious and bright. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was good. The free Continental Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've been served on a trip with a huge selection of pastries, waffles eggs, sausage, oatmeal, toast muffins and juices. We were able to fill our belly before a long day on the road. The only complaint, and nothing really to do with the hotel, was, unbeknownst to us, we had an adjoining room filled with a handful of female partiers. Several shrieks, loud talking and laughing prompted me to turn on Spotify to my noise blocker podcast saved, just for this occasion. Slept through the night, all was good.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, convenient location and an excellent spread for breakfast, including eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal and more. Bed is comfortable and staff is helpful.

I didn't know at the time of booking they didn't offer the airport shuttle on Sundays. I had sent a message inquiring about this service, but I didn't get a reply, until I called from the airport.

Perfect hotel for a good price. Easy to find and close to the airport. There is enough parking space around the hotel. There is a gym and swimmpool (no water in it now end May, maybe the time of the year is too early ???).

For US people for sure the breakfast is very good, for European people it's too easy and missed some chocolate or peanut butter and a slice of a sandwitch.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The room was at a pleasant temperature when first entering the room. The lights were on and the TV was on.

The room didn't have a microwave. It would have been nice if the room had an extra little chair so we both could have eaten our dinner at the desk table instead of using the bed/bedside table to eat.

Very very clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very warm, good pressure shower.

The location was a little sketchy with obvious drug addicts hanging out on the road just off the property but that's our of their control. We stopped here on our road trip not specifically for the location so it did not effect us to much.
