Don't let the outside scare you. We pulled up late at night after a long drive and it was surrounded by snowmobile trucks/trailers. I was a little nervous that it would be noisy or run down but this whole place was very clean & appears to be going through renovations. Our bed was comfier than expected, and the room was immaculately clean with nice fluffy towels in the bathroom. There were upgraded bathroom fixtures, bedroom furniture, and flooring, but I think it's waiting for paint? Our kids used the hot tub and they said it was great and the hot tub area was also clean and well taken care of. Check in was efficient and location is handy.

Just a note that the address on booking.com takes you to the health unit across the street and down a bit so should be corrected.

Nicely renovated, very clean, comfortable bed, friendly desk and service staff. Easy parking and close to restaurants. A Keurig coffee system was available with fresh pods.

WiFi only worked when volume was low (before 3 PM and after 8 PM), The plumber that renovated the bathroom must have been in a rush because the Hot & Cold taps were reversed and the toilet seat was loose and didn't fit properly. This property was expensive but may be in concert with other available properties.

The owner was very friendly, a pleasure to meet and talk with. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Check out was also easy, and owner gave my daughter a small gift, which we appreciated. A very friendly man with all the guests from what I could see, top notch service.

The cost of the room was a bit high.

This place is very well run. The rooms are spotless and the beds are really comfortable with just the right amount of firmness (for me anyway). The small in room fridge was big enough to accomodate the giant bag of leftovers my mom insisted on packing for me and the cable had a surprisingly varied number of channels which kept me entertained while I digested my pizza. This place knows how to do all the little things right. It's not super fancy (being where it is) but it had everything you need for a comfortable stay and was a really good value for the money.

I really enjoyed my stay here, Staff was incredibly welcoming And so sweet the whole time. Definitely Would recommend it. The place is very old but the rooms in general were very upgraded, the Beds were extremely comfortable, and rooms were very taken care of. I really love the fact that there was a barbecue available.

The only thing that I would Make a recommendation on, Is to please remove the Additional mattresses from the hot tub room. It just made us feel like we are staying at a very low star motel. Especially when you go outside of the hot tub room and then you see fifty other old mattresses as well as old hotel room stuff.

I had the best nights sleep ever in those comfy beds. The owners have an eye for details and get the little things right. The staff is friendly and helpful and they even try to give you value for your money at the vending machine with many of the options having two items (the main one and a smaller 'bonus'. I got a mini snickers with my bag of m&ms). The location, a 10 minute walk away form Three Ranges Brewing and Glacier Fire Pizza can't be beat.

Great location near the highway and downtown. Everything was clean and I appreciated the coffee pods (instead of instant as motels tend to do). There was plenty of parking and the front desk person was super helpful

I could not get the light to come on in the bathroom but it was ok as I was alone and I could just leave the door open.

My husband and I stayed for a night a few weeks ago. We were passing through on our way to another destination. I realized several hours after we left the next day that I had forgot my pillow in the room ( I have a bad neck so have to bring my own). I called and they immediately knew I had left in behind and offered to mail it to me no charge 😊. Great customer service!

I was very surprised with my stay at the Chalet Continental Motel! I booked it based on price and will add it it to my list of places to stay. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk worker who made check-in easy. I was concerned when i saw where my room was located as it was facing the parking lot. Upon opening up the room door, everything was super clean. The hallway was dated, so I wasn't totally sure what the room was going to look like. When I woke up in the morning, I realized I had hardly heard anything all night.

Spacious rooms, if you are lucky a huge balcony with lots of trees outside, fully equipped small kitchen. Everything in good shape, no loose toilet roll hangers etc. And our room was very clean. I stayed at several motels in Canada and in relation to your typical motel experience, this one was refreshingly great! And the owner is super nice and funny.
