A very spacious and beautiful room with windows/door to two sides and splendid view. Very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the fire place but did not have time to use the whirl-pool. We used the hotel spa instead. The pool is very small, the whirlpool was nice, even so not very bubbly. Unfortunately the sauna was only 40 degrees warm. We had breakfast served in the room. It was very nice with a lot of variety. The staff/owner were vert nice and friendly. We definitely come back to this gem. The location is amazing with mountain and valley view. No houses nearby, so it is very quiet.

Sauna was not hot enough. Only 40 degrees, but which seemed enough to sweat. Whirlpool with not many bubbles, but with nice temperature.

The hotel has great parking space. The staff was very polite and helped us with every need we had. The room was super clean, comfortable, spacious and covered all our needs. Very spacious and nice overall bathroom too. Our room even had a fireplace in it, they had all the required things in the room to light it up which was a very pleasant surprise. We even visited the spa area. It is a nice place with a Jacuzzi and a lovely hydromassage bathtub. Overall a great great experience! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast we had was ok but simply not as good as the rest of the experience at the hotel. That is why we gave it a 9.

Unique location close to sightseeing in the area. Easy to find by car and plenty of parking. Gorgeous views from the room and around the hotel. Clean and spacious room. We received an upgrade to a room with jacuzzi. Booked the private spa area in the evening for 1 hour. Very big and cozy area with jacuzzi, Hamann and indoor pool. Price is 15 euros per person per hour and totally worth it! Evening receptionist was very welcoming and friendly.

Only thing worth mentioning is that the fridge did not work and a bottle of water in the room would have been nice. We received two bottles when asking for it so that made up for it.

It is a common say amongst companies that "we are our people", and for Gea Kaimaktsalan Hotel this is totally true! Exceptional level of customer care by all members of the staff, with special reference to Anastasia who did everything in her hands to make us feel like our home (thank you Anastasia!). Also, we have to mention the high standard of the spa facilities inside the hotel, which is the main attraction and it plays the most important role of our experience as guests 😁

Always with the best of intentions, a minor issue (from my pov) is the poor electrical installation (lighting switches) in the room and the fact that there was not a master switch by the bed.

A beautiful hotel suitable for both summer and winter, in an excellent location near the Pozar springs. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with a large tray for each person that contained a huge variety of continental and local delicacies. Highly recomended

Maybe there’s something they could do to isolate the rooms because we happened to listen to our neighbors private… moments, more than we could ever need to. Haha..

The room was very comfortable. The view was relaxing combined with the fireplace. The hotel is also around 5 minutes away from Loutraki. The staff was also welcoming and accommodating

The lighting on the bathroom is low and also there was a smell but when we let the water run it went away

Everything was perfect, lovely family owned property. Extremely friendly. Amazing location.

The lack of local transportation. We had to constantly call for taxis to get into the center.

Location, clean, friendly helpful staff. Room size was big. Great view of mountains.

Nothing bad. The spa pool and sauna facilities could be bigger but good value for the cost of using them.

We booked as it advertised its pool and spa - however these were closed during the week (admittedly off season) when we were there.
