The location is great and staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.
Towels are exchanged every day without an option to signal you don't want that. Introducing sustainability practices would be a good thing to consider on the management level.

Excellent location near bus station and a lot of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. Double bed was comfy. Beautiful view from the balcony. Reception that changed our room to one which the balcony, because we are smokers.
Cleaning of the room was not perfect: walls with marks here and there, single hair(not our) in the disinfected toilet, no single use soap and other things which I would expect from 4 star hotel. Broken trash bin in the bathroom. Balcony did not look clean at all. Swiss table was sub par, no coffee for breakfast, really? Second bed(sofa) had a bit of problems with it's design, which makes it not totally safe to use: pillows from the back protrude beyond the perimeter of the sofa when it is unfolded and it is possible to trip over them.

Hotel is very good and in town center. I parked on the hotel parking and everything was in walking distance in city center. I had the most biggest and most comfortable double bed EVER! The breakfast was excellent!
The bathroom is very small. There are no mosquito nets on windows.

Every one staff was pleasant and helpful also left one alone when appropriate.. They spoke my language (English) which makes things easy. The laundry service was quick and brilliant.

Obviously, the hotel has potential. The location is great, rooms with balcony are nice
Breakfast was mediocre at best, spa facilities except sauna have to be extra paid for, clothes hangers are joke, made of the cheapest wire, bathroom with toilet is too small

Phenomenal hotel!Extremelly kind and professional staff. Exceptionally tasty food. Spacious and well-equiped rooms. Comfortable beds. Relaxing Spa Centre. Nothing but good words for this hotel in,when it comes to my experience there. 😃
