Walking dinstance to the beautifull city. Beautifull and clean rooms.

Me and 3 friend got all a seperate room. You can't control the airco and because my side was facing the sun it was way too hot(summer) to fall asleep. They said it's always 10C lower then outside but even at night it was too hot when there is no sun. They never fixed it or compensated it. I recommend to ask for a room where you don't have this problem or maybe they actually did fix it by then. There was also a festival nearby so despites being very close to the centre you can also hear the music.

The location is just a short 7 minute walk from my office, and about a minute's walk away from a small grocery store and amazing restaurants and cafes. For me, it's the best place in the best location. This has been my second stay, and I will continue to stay here any time I find myself back in Tuzla for work or leisure.

The smooth stone bathroom can be a bit dangerous when getting out of the shower, even with a floor towel. The shower head looked damaged, and was leaking a lot of water, but the pressure was great. The sink faucet felt loose, but it worked as expected without leaking. The AC unit complained of a window being open. Turns out one of the window sensors had fallen off prior to my stay. The kettle was very moist inside with a white film in the bottom. I didn't trust using it. Instead I got what I needed from the small grocery store nearby.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vertigos in Tuzla and overall had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The bed was cozy, and the room was spotless—perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; there was a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location is also a major plus—central and convenient, making it easy to get around the city. That said, the room was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped, especially for the price. It was more expensive than I expected given the limited space. Still, if comfort and a solid breakfast are priorities, it’s a good choice. Just be prepared for the compact quarters.

The kettle was dirty. It looked like someone tried to boil milk. The bed was very hard. Would have liked a thin sheet instead of just a heavy duvet. Wish a bottle of water or two were complimentary. After traveling for 24 hours, one is very dehydrated.

It is a very nice hotel with a wonderful location and helpful staff! There's a restaurant close by called Mama Mia which offers wonderful steak with reasonable price and ot takes cards! 😀 Just a reminder, I accidentally pressed the "no disturb" button in the control panel of the AC, so my room was not made.

We appreciated the ambient. The rooms were clean, room service above expectation. The location of the hotel is great. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is near a main street, and in the room, it was very noisy even at night. The hotel was not able to provide what I requested to have a quit room.

Modern hotel, located just a minute by foot from the historical part of town. Private parking on site. Room was comfortable and quiet. Wifi was good. Breakfast included and made to order. Hot pot for making water.

The shower could and should be updated, considering the quality of the rest of the hotel. A curtain just isn't right.

This is a good-value small Hotel that felt very pleasant in every way. Rooms are small but confortable. Slept very well. Great location! I enjoyed the table served breakfast.

There is a wide variety of breakfast foods, absolutely delicious. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the city centre. It is super clean, peaceful and comfortable. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. It is a great place to stay!
