Hotel and its staff fulfilled all our expectations. The room was quite spacious, with large window. The interior is arranged with a lot of style and taste, although a few things should be renovated. Everything is so elegant, nothing excessive, and everything is functional and where it should be. The room was warm even though it was very cold outside in those days. The location is exceptional. Considering that we often travel around Europe, this hotel is among most pleasant in which we have stayed. Special thanks to the lady on the reception who was very kind and helpful to find a room with a separate beds (on same price) since I was with a daughter. When I booked the room, at that time several days earlier, only available were with queen double bed. If the management maintains these standards and similar prices ratio, whenever we come to Tuzla we will try to stay at this hotel.

I liked it’s position to centre of the city old town and Panonica lakes

Property needs to step up with some maintenance issues like door closing both bathroom and entry doors need to be slammed so it fully closes. And I was missing bar fridge as I believe not many hotels in Bosnia have one. Also debris from renovation around hotel needs more clean up it’s an eye sore to see piles of rubbish around nice complex

The staff was very helpful and understanding. The location of the hotel is very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful!

There was a problem with the toilet constantly pouring water into itself even when the button is not pressed. We were discouraged because there is a club next to the hotel, but the sounds did not reach our room or disturb us.

The room had no fridge; the superior was too rude to her inferior and -what is more- in front of me; they should offer the alternative of stairs at least for the lower floors

The woman working the reception desk was fantastic. She usually works in the back office but was filling in out front. You could tell that she loves her job. She helped us find a safe place to store our tandem bicycle inside. One of my best check in experiences.

I would have liked hotter water for my shower.

We loved how friendly the staff were at both the reception and in both restaurants. There were two members of staff who were both called Selma and they were both fabulous.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Also I forget my sunglasses in my room and they made effort to contact me and let me know that they found them and will keep them safe until I manage to come to get them or send someone. Thank you again you wonderful people!

Generous rooms and a sizeable lobby show that this has been a very representative hotel. During my (January) stay surprisingly few guests.

Nothing bad really. For the price the hotel offers a great value.
