We had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Hotel Golden Star for a short stay and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Clean, checkout was at 12, easy cheap parking on the street. Superrrr friendly staff! My father was on the look for a long lost friend that he lost contact with 25 years ago, the receptionist that greeted us got in the phone right away called a a friend and got us a lead! Unfortunately we learned that this lost friend passed away years ago but we ended up finding this friend’s son and had a pleasant gathering :). Thank you contributing to a beautiful reunion.

Everything was great !

The staff was extremely helpful, good location, easy parking, Breakfast was exceptionally tasty. The surroundings are excellent, city centre is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean, payment was without any issue.

The rooms were far from each other, but we made the booking in the very last minute - so it is not the fault of the hotel. What could make a progress is to accept EUR currency, but all cards are accepted, so not a real problem.

The hotel is right in the center. 5 mins walk to salty lakes. Bring your swimwear for lakes. Workers are cheerful. Breakfast is awesome. The room and bathroom is very clean and they are changing towels everyday. And very silent hotel.

Only the problem there is no bellboy or elevator for luggage. I carried them.

A hidden gem in the heart of the old town, the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Not to easy to find by car, GPS can get a bit confused, but that's because it's in the pedestrian zone. Actually quite close to a good drop-off point, or pick-up if you need a taxi.

The hotel is centrally located, close to everything. The rooms are fresh, cleaned daily by the maid. The people who work at the hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place

I had a wonderful stay here. It was comfortable, excellent value and well-located in the centre of town. I’d also highlight the breakfast and staff as being particularly good. All of the staffs’ English and friendliness was the best I experienced in Bosnia. They were so helpful. Thank you!

The parking lot is next to the hotel, but you have to pay it because it is a city parking lot.

I was so amazed by the staff in the hotel, very warm welcoming and full of knowledge, willing to help at any time. Location is just perfect.

There was a noisy locker room next to my room.
