I'm at a loss for words, wondering where to begin or which features to highlight. The hotel owners are incredibly helpful, caring, and wonderful. I won't list every single favor they did for us and our children, lest everyone get the same expectations. If you have young children, you should definitely choose this hotel. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. The location is right in the city center.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Even though there wasn't an elevator, I didn't consider it a negative. Everything about the hotel was perfect.

This little family-run motel is a great spot if you're staying in the Tuzla city center. The common areas are (surprisingly) very vintage American, the staff is super nice, the rooms are spacious, and the provided breakfast was good quality and plentiful.

There are no coat hooks in the room, and the room wasn't decorated in a style similar to the common areas, it felt like a different hotel. The provided blankets were very thin for the winter, but the staff was able to provide extras. The provided parking was a bit on the tighter side, but complimentary!

Location is absolutely perfect. 5 min by walk to the lake, 1 min to the center. You will love it! Staff is really nice and caring. I asked them to change room for not being on the street side, and they proposed me straight away 2 other options for the same price. The room was perfectly clean, modern, fully equipped (kettle, tea, mini fridge, locker, hair dryer, iron, air condition,tv, wifi, etc). Mattress / king size bed, bed sheets extremely comfy. You will for sure enjoy your sleep and really live the full experience of a nice hotel!!

2 smalls things that affected me slightly : - The breakfast was quite disappointing (especially compare to the pictures on Booking and if you don't like salty stuffs in the morning :( - I have a light sleep so I have been several times awake by the sound of doors, people talking in the corridor, steps etc. Walls could be thicker I would go there again despite those small details for sure!

I stayed here for two nights and I was very satisfied. The location is perfect to explore Tuzla. It is right in the center and everything is just a short walk away. Room was spacious and clean, Bed was comfy. Wifi worked well and breakfast is good - even freshly made omlets are served. And they offer real Orange Juice (not the waterly one which I got in other Hotels in this region). The best is the owner, who is very kind and caring. As I unfortunatelly had some knee problems and I said I intend to visit the Museum of East Bosnia, she called the museum if it is open. It turned out, that they are closed and the phone call of the hotel's owner saved me from limping to the museum for nothing. And as my taxi for the transfer to the airport have been a bit late on departure, she offered to call the taxi driver asking him, if he is on the way. Great service.

Walls are a bit thin - so you might be disturbed, if you have a noisy neighbor (during my stay I had no problems with that). Due to my knee problems it was not so good, that I had to climb some stairs to my room - it is not the fault of the accomodation as they are not responsible for my knee and under normal circumstances that would not have been an issued. Just to let you know if you have difficulties with stairs, that there is no elevator.

Very friendly staff, eager to helping people. Tasty breakfast. Placed in the city center, so You step out right to main street with restaurants.

AC (need some service) and breakfast could be better. AC was bearly working, something was rattling inside. Breakfast with better selection would be appreciated.

I loved the location and ease it was to get around. The manager and staff were so accommodating, only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. Room has A/C which is a huge plus especially during the summer months. When I come back I will definitely stay here again..

Only thing I wish I could change would be the use of a credit card to pay. However, there are several local ATMS in the area that were safe to use.

First impressions from the street was not impressive but once in the door it was obvious that there was a homely atmosphere. The receptionist was very helpful and offered to carry my luggage to the 1st. floor where there are period character sitting areas. My bedroom was modern, small but well appointed as was the excellent bathroom. Also it was quiet and no road noise. The location was excellent close to pedestrian walking areas , bars and restaurants. A decent breakfast and the wife of the owner cooked the omelette. Nothing is too much trouble.

Parking is inconvenient in a narrow passage at the side of the hotel so you have to leaver keys at Reception for them to move the car.

Loved this place. Stayed with my husband and son. The staff was amazing and super helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect location for walking around tuzla.

Honestly, we absolutely loved everything about our stay.

Location, and kindness of the staff. Also it was good food for the breakfast. The room could be a little more comfortable, however it was good and was clean for sure.
