I love the proximity to the trades day and restaurants.

The smoke alarm going off numerous times on Friday night. Saturday morning I told the overnight clerk that the battery needed changed. After we returned to our room on Saturday evening, the alarm beeped a couple times. Then at 2 a.m. it went off like there was a fire in our room. I had to climb on the bed to disconnect it. The phone was not plugged up in our room so I couldn’t call the front desk to complain. I did chat with Rachel when I checked out to inform her of our night issues.

Great location downtown, nice front desk and compact setting, with adequate service on arrival. The room was well put together and supplied with everyday essentials: Iron & board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels (varying varieties), wall plugs & USB plugs, microwave, AC unit, and dorm fridge. The TV does have the ability to stream services without any devices. The bed (King Size) was firm, my preferred, but comfortable.

The first thing that jumps out is the bed sheets have stains on them. The coffee pot provided was broken, and the breakfast is lackluster; no healthy choices and you have to travel from your room to the front desk to access that.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the bonnie and clyde museum ,which is only a couple of miles away. Staff were very friendly and helpful ,and the room was very nice, jacuzzi bath was great!!! A little bit limited for choice on nearby restaurants. Parking was ample and wifi was good, I also enjoyed breakfast, great coffee!!!!

Everything was great

Perfect location just off the Interstate. Very clean, comfortable, great wifi. Very nice staff, check-in is two hours earlier than normal, at 1PM. Breakfast is also earlier, starting at 5:30 AM. Much appreciated.

Nothing negative to say

A clean hotel. The staff were very nice. Good location and good price. We didn't have breakfast so we can't comment on the experience. It was a quiet location.

Large comfortable room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast – cereal, porridge, nice pastries, orange juice and coffee.

Bath was a bit rusty – not a big problem

On arrival the receptionist was polite and professional. Our room was supplied upon request and the room was well presented. The facilities were tidy and supplied with essential items (soap, towels, etc).

The receptionist on numerous occasions (including this one) doesn't remember to return my driver's license after identification. Though the room was tidy and presented well the bed sheets had visible stains on them.

Didn't eat breakfast at hotel. Went to Sharon's Cafe (local institution). it was great. Hotel very nice, best place in Arcadia, and handy to the freeway.

Had some peripheral encounters with housekeeping staff. Dirty looks like they resented having to take care of the room after leaving. I'm a light profile guest; didn't even use the shower. In late, out early.

I really liked the peacefulness. The facility grounds were well light and clean. No one hanging around in the doorways or parking lot. I felt really safe being that I was traveling alone. Surveillance cameras are present and in working condition.

On arrival, since I come so often, they had my reservation ready and promptly sent me on my way. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

The toilet lid was missing and the vent in the bathroom was loud so we turned it off.
