Once I was moved to the room I originally reserved, I was pleased. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was originally given an accessible room, even though I reserved a King suite with a pull out couch. The accessible room only had a king bed and no chairs to sit in the room accept for the desk chair in which my spouse sat in while I sat on the bed. Also there was a party in the event room down the hall and it lasted up to 1 am in the morning. My first night was very unpleasant. The next morning after complaining to the attendant, she was very accommodating and moved me to a King suite. She was very apologetic and advised the event from the night before was only suppose to last until 9 pm. The hotel is around a lot of restaurants. It is also next to the highway and depending on which side of the hotel your room is on you can hear the traffic throughout the night. The hotel was clean.

Love this place and the staff! They are very accommodating to their guests’ needs and it is the best place I find for sleeping out of all I’ve tried so far in Ruston (my son is a student there). They are renovating right now but have managed to make it the least disruption for guests.

Breakfast offering were being removed at 9:40 even though breakfast is supposed to be until 10. But we made something of what was left and there’s always a supply of coffee!

The staff was very kind and always cleaning. The hotel was a great value and smelled very good when you walked in the lobby. The only (small) issue was the 4th floor hallway was extremely hot however, the room was nice and cool. We would definitely recommend and be returning to this location while visiting our child who is Student at LA tech . This location is conveniently located within 5 minutes of LA Tech .

The updates and remodel going on. The breakfast was good as well as the staff.

In the midst of renovations and a few amenities did not work in the room.

The receptionist, Nolan, provided excellent service on our arrival. The explanation of benefits and amenities was well told. Our room was as advertised with the falculties that we expected and more. The room was spacious and clean; the bed was soft and so were the pillows. The bathroom was adequate in size with a tub to shower hybrid, large mirror spanning the length of the counter, and provided an array of useful accessories. The T.V. was a flat screen HD and came with streaming services such as Netflix. The experience was great.

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel. Not much to the scenery and it felt abandoned with lack of activites around the hotel.

Location was good. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Quiet nights.

The only thing that i saw that could be improved on was the underside of the hot tub trim was moldy in areas.

The toilet didn’t seem clean. There was a sign in the bathroom about the toilet however, I feel like it should have been replaced if it’s been reported.

Breakfast was very good. There were many good choices and the food was tasty.

We got a handicap accessible room. There We were grab bars.That was good, but the seat in the tub came acouple inches over the edge, making it difficult for my husband to move around. I would suggest a walk in or roll in shower. The toilet was really not wide or tall enough.

I loved the size of the room and how clean it was. It was spotless. The lobby was clean and spacious.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. I didn’t have any issues. I hate I missed breakfast.

The lobby was nice and updated. The rooms were large and comfortable. I loved that there was a tv in the sitting area and sleeping area. it was also nice to have a partial wall in the bathroom between the sink and toilet/shower area. The bathroom was larger than most. Breakfast was good too. a large variety of quick cold options and warm.
