The staff was very friendly and helpful.. we asks the staff members how to get to an attraction (short cut) and they knew exactly where to go and the easiest way to get there.

Well our travel was because we had to drive a long way to get our grandson and the prices were high due to some kids baseball game… and we are both disabled veterans and my husband is a senior citizen but, apparently they don’t give any breaks on room rates while baseball season is going on. Right after we left same room same pull out bed was 85$$ a night we paid 195$$ +tax I think if u are going for the game pay the over price if u are a typical customer pay the original price.

great location, friendly staff, breakfast was good, room was comfortable and mostly clean

the bedspread had a huge stain on it. looked like maybe a big dirty footprint from someone standing on the bed but it made us question the cleanliness of the room if such a huge and obvious stain was the first thing we noticed. we didn’t complain or call it to anyones attention because it was already hard to find a room at the last minute but it was disappointing to say we had spent 3x what we usually pay only because it was a last minute booking

Hard floor, pillows were good, firmness of the beds were also good. Bathtub were clean.

Towels need to cleaned better and more softness. Floor need to cleaned better. I was wearing shocks to walk it not only catches lots women’s hair, it also became very dirty. Because it is close to highway needs better windows seal to reduce noise, like double or better triple glass pans and no option to open- sealed totally. There were no whole fruits in breakfast but advertised so.

It was ok. I prefer to have something besides carbs and sugar, ie: waffles, syrup, danish, toast, hashbrowns and such. I have blood sugar issues, though. Proteins and fruit are MY preferences. I was grateful for the yogurt, so that is all I had. I came out at 7:45 am and there was no bacon, sausage, eggs.

The only thing, for me, was the breakfast. More proteins, please.

I have stayed with this location before years ago when my daughter was in orientation at Lousiana Tech I am just as pleased as I was then. Most of all No Pets Allowed. Great environment great location

I prefer the sink to be in the restroom and not outside of the restroom.

Great location for where we needed to go. Convenient for finding places nearby to dine and shop. The staff was super nice and the room was very clean. This is the only place we will be staying at each time we make a trip to Ruston.

I missed breakfast! I like the location. Being located right next to the interstate is a huge plus! There were no tumultuous traffic and the hotel is located in an area where you can shop, eat, and just enjoy yourself.

Did not care for the breakfast menu. In fact, we went elsewhere for breakfast. The parking lot was well lit, which we appreciated. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location, close to several restaurants. Easy access to major roads for getting to our meeting location. Large clean rooms. It was very quiet even though it was right beside I-30. No traffic noise.

Breakfast was less than stellar. Overcooked sausages made them too hard. Cheese in the eggs is not a good idea due to people in our party with dairy restrictions.

The breakfast was terrible the hash brown was not cooked. They had a waffle iron didn’t work, no meat, and the eggs were cold.
