Loved our stay. It was quiet & the staff were all very professional & kind. They have everything u need & an excessive amount of it, like plenty of washers & dryers that most hotels I've been too only have 2 washers & 2 dryers at the most. This hotel has way more than that. The price is right. I thought it would be more than what I paid. Very clean rooms, & very comfortable beds. Wifi, kitchenettes, full refrigerators, AC works awesome, & spacious,.. lots of room to put your things & move around. Big bathrooms & VERY WHITE NEW clean towels. Over all: One of the GREATEST hotels I've been too! I highly recommend this Hotel WOODSPRING SUITES WEST MONROE to everyone who is traveling in the area or vacationing or whatever it is your doing & need a place to stay. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!! Thank you for making OUR stay so comfortable & awesome. 5* from my family

Clean quiet room for a reasonable price. Parking was easy. Staff was pleasant. Room key required to enter the building.

Our ac unit didn't work properly. There wasn't any shampoo or bath soap available. Water pressure was on the weak side. No breakfast offered. Internet was free for a basic package however you had to go thru some steps to gain access to it at first. No front desk staff during the night.

The staff was very nice, rooms were nice, a little dated but clean. Loved the full size fridge and mini stove. The storage above the sink was nice. Absolutely loved the motion activated lights in the bathroom, especially for in the middle of the night.

We did have to move rooms a day in due to a family with atleast one child being put above us & them using the room as a playground from the sounds of it. We did let the front desk know the night before and they said they would call the room. It stopped for about 5 min. And th4 started again till around 1 am. Thankfully we were able to move, it was a bit of a pain to have to pack everything up but the front desk was very helpful on getting us a 4th floor room.

The value, the location, and the cleanliness of this hotel.

The breakfast was less than desired. The had cereal, waffles, bananas and yogurt. It’s something I was just expecting a little more. The bed was super uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night. When I woke up I was not refreshed and was very stiff and sore.

Very nice lit parking lot with lots of parking. I like that you had to have a key to even get in the front. Rooms were decent.

The lighting in the room was terrible. When we first got in the room didn’t have a pleasant smell and the floors were coated in something that was were slick and it just left gross.

Good location, free parking. Friendly staff. We slept really well, the hotel was quiet, even though it was very full. Morning coffee available. The reception was nicely decorated, delighting the vacationers. We were there for the second time and we will come again.

I noticed that there wasn't a ironing board and only one night stand beside the bed. The glass shower handles needs to be tighten back up . Also I saw scratches on the bottom of my room door 210 as if the door was pried open and the carpet in the hallway was dirty . It wasn't a good look. I didn't have enough wash cloths and had to go back downstairs to get another one.

There was no breakfast and they different offer any voucher to go eat somewhere else. They had coffee in the lobby one day the next the lobby was closed until 9 am. So wasn't happy about that.

They should of offered breakfast or gave vouchers out and they should of at least offered free coffee at least every morning from 6 to 12 pm everyday. When I first checked In there was a line of people. I thought with 2 employees working at the front desk one of them could of answered the phone while the other one was handling the people checking in. Things would of went better at the check in! And they need to purchase more carts for you to bring your luggage up to your room. I had to make 2 trips to my vehicle with both of my hands full and up the elevator then up to my room.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, nice towels.

No ice was available unless you made it yourself in trays in your room after you arrive. :( which was 6 hours later. Shower door was off the track so floor got wet. Only 3 towels and 3 washcloths for 2 people

Front desk staff was friendly, the hotel looked like it had recently updated or well maintained. Loved that the room had a full sized refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable and they had three different pillows of various firmness to choose from.
