The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Liked the walk in shower.

The dead roach in the bathroom bit had been stepped on but not picked up. Also the floor was very dirty. When I stepped into the shower which had been turned on, black stuff was where I had stepped.

Affordable, clean, you can definitely tell the rooms were renovated. Great location for where we needed to go.

Smoke smell when you first get into room but with the air on it wasn’t noticeable and staff did offer us another room

The room was clean and well looked after. The staff was courteous and beyond helpful when we unexpectedly ended up here when a family member got sick. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything and only bummed we couldn't try out the pool because it looked so enticing

Would recommend putting a shower liner up instead of a shower curtain. Would help keep water from getting on the floor better.

The breakfast was just one honey bun although it was a pretty good honey bun, and the apple juice and orange juice was fantastic. Usually, it’s too sweet or just nasty.

Management made accommodations for my grandkids and me to swim early each morning before we adventure out into the city. Housekeeping was so polite and helpful. We planned on going back for Christmas shopping.

The BBQ restaurant didn't stay open after 4pm on Saturday.

Coffee was good. The air in the room was great!!!!!! First time I've ever gotten cold in a hotel room.

Could have better blankets, breakfast needs to be better.

Everything was great but the bathroom door does need to be adjusted as it’s hard to close otherwise it was all great!

The stay was pleasant, quiet and reasonable. I was concerned about the location because I’ve never been to Monroe but it all worked out.
