Cleanliness of the room. Very spacious. Had a quad room with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was huge! The breakfast was very good, especially the grits! Special shout out to Ms. Diane... Pool area was clean and very well maintained--indoor pool! Guest service was also great! Beds were super comfy. Overall an exceptional stay. I will definitely visit again ☺️

Location wasn't the easiest to find. The GPS took us elsewhere. And it wasn't near many food places without getting back on the interstate.

It was in a good location! near a gas station, a Sam’s and close to the mall and also a few good restaurants. Also my view was perfect, especially with the sunsets. My room was beautiful and clean. And all of the front desk receptionists were amazing. It’s the best option (in my opinion) for a mini getaway.

the only complaint I have is that I felt like the housekeeping staff wasn’t very accommodating, they didn’t come to make my bed or give me fresh towels. I also asked them to change the sheets but they never did.

The staff is great especially our check in person Tyra she is the best.....attentive and made sure from the time we checked in to our departure we had everything we needed...The breakfast was amazing my husband who is from there told me in advance everything will taste great in Louisiana and he was right those Grits and the waffles and the sausages were amazing great chicken sausages loved this since we don't eat pork...highly recommend this hotel for sure

Everything was very clean and the pool was exceptional! Also, Ms Diane served a wonderful breakfast with delicious omelets, grits, muffins and so much more!

It was off an odd side street that looked like a one-way. We missed our turn on it in the dark because it was not striped or well lit from the interstate.

THE STAFF WAS 1000%! If the facility was comparable to the Staff then this would be an amazing hotel. Maybe the owner should increase the value for the high rate. Loved Denise and the rest of the staff I couldn't have asked for more! Nowhaba El-Bey

Everything the staff was so good

There was a fraternity reunion when I arrived, and they were blocking the door entrance hallway and at the front desk. That crowd needed to be controlled because.guests was still checking in. Other than that, everything was fine. I always stay at the Hampton when visiting home.

The customer service was excellent. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were neat and clean. The laundry room was neat and spacious. Overall, the best hotel I ever stayed at.

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was heated, which was nice, and the hotel was near to the mall and restaurants.

It was a little odd to get to, but not complicated. There was a slight miscommunication about the two rooms we booked so we weren't able to get on the same floor, but that wasn't a problem.

The location customer service has always been great

The parking, when company vehicles took up 4-5 spaces with their trailer and vehicle. There was no room to park. There shouldn't be allow to take 4-5 parking spaces.

Everyone was nice and very helpful. I come every year around the 16th of July to put flowers on my son's grave. It's been 20 years. I always stay there. The service is good.

On Sunday night they were working on the elevator and was making so much noise and 2 times it was so loud that it work me up from a sound sleep and scared me. The last year and this year they only have one elevator working.
