The room was clean and well looked after. The staff was courteous and beyond helpful when we unexpectedly ended up here when a family member got sick. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything and only bummed we couldn't try out the pool because it looked so enticing

Management made accommodations for my grandkids and me to swim early each morning before we adventure out into the city. Housekeeping was so polite and helpful. We planned on going back for Christmas shopping.

The BBQ restaurant didn't stay open after 4pm on Saturday.

The breakfast was just one honey bun although it was a pretty good honey bun, and the apple juice and orange juice was fantastic. Usually, it’s too sweet or just nasty.

Very spacious room. Clean. Everyone kept to themselves so we weren't disturbed much. Which is exactly what we wanted. Relaxing atmosphere for the most part.

We felt a little rushed by staff on our last day there, even though we still had well over an hour till checkout. I don't think they meant anything by it, but in doing so we forgot a few of our personal items. Pillows, and chargers.

The stay was pleasant, quiet and reasonable. I was concerned about the location because I’ve never been to Monroe but it all worked out.
