Very nice, pleasant and well kept property in a good area. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and cheerful.

Needs a technology upgrade. Only has basic cable television with a very poor picture (even in the breakfast/lobby area). The Wi-Fi is a little unreliable. I was disconnected a few times and at times the speed really suffered.

I liked the free breakfast and the indoor pool. The only thing was that the pool water was really cold.

Just would like them to get a heater for the pool water so it's not too cold. Also the water in the tub and the toilet were not clear at all, kind of brown in color.

The price. We have stayed there many times over the years. We have only tried a couple of newer places across the interstate, but not worth the price difference just to sleep. We get there late and leave early. It's about 12 hours driving both ways.

There are really bright lights that come into the rooms. The drapes are heavy but still a gap. We used the hangers with clips to try to keep them together last time.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable bedding.

The location and it was not too far from my family’s home and also the breakfast was great really loved your sausage which I normally don’t eat.😊

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner but I bought stuff to wipe down with.

The maintenence. There was only half of a toilet paper holder, the towel rack was barely hanging on, it had screws missing, the side of the bathtub was hanging off and that's just to list a few

Minor things that could use with an update like wear and tear on door frames, electrical outlets and shower/bathroom fixtures

It was a very clean and pleasant place very comfortable beds and couldn't ask for a better breakfast.

The pool could use a little work but for the most part it was ok.

I'd definitely stay here again. The breakfast was good and the attendant kept it well stocked. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. The hallways were nice and quiet and the parking lot is well lit, so no worries about car break ins. Clean bathrooms and nice room furniture.

The pillows were kinda small but the mattress, and bedding were good quality and very comfortable.

Overall location, facilities, etc

The pool developed or had sometype white milky substance in it that the kids and participants swim in that looked very unhealthy... Didn't realized its condition until the next morning when the sunlight hit the pool area...
