It was convent to the interstate without sitting on top of it. It’s a bit tricky to get in and night be hard to see at night after dark. It had a frig with a freezer that we needed for medication. It felt safe with good lighting. It was quiet.

It was all nicely maintained. I liked it all.

Great location and very comfortable

Had a couple of complaints with my bathroom and the night person didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered with it but the lady on day shift was very helpful. Appreciate her very much

Very nice, pleasant and well kept property in a good area. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and cheerful.

Needs a technology upgrade. Only has basic cable television with a very poor picture (even in the breakfast/lobby area). The Wi-Fi is a little unreliable. I was disconnected a few times and at times the speed really suffered.

The powdered eggs not good would have liked to have real eggs and real sausage i found a dirty wash cloth in my room and there wasn't any toilet paper in the room

I liked the free breakfast and the indoor pool. The only thing was that the pool water was really cold.

Just would like them to get a heater for the pool water so it's not too cold. Also the water in the tub and the toilet were not clear at all, kind of brown in color.

The price. We have stayed there many times over the years. We have only tried a couple of newer places across the interstate, but not worth the price difference just to sleep. We get there late and leave early. It's about 12 hours driving both ways.

There are really bright lights that come into the rooms. The drapes are heavy but still a gap. We used the hangers with clips to try to keep them together last time.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable bedding.

I absolutely love the location.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, however the first room I was given had not been cleaned but the staff quickly got me another room.

The location and it was not too far from my family’s home and also the breakfast was great really loved your sausage which I normally don’t eat.😊

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner but I bought stuff to wipe down with.

The maintenence. There was only half of a toilet paper holder, the towel rack was barely hanging on, it had screws missing, the side of the bathtub was hanging off and that's just to list a few
