The overall stay was good and I was able to get some rest. In the morning the breakfast powdered scrambled eggs were unfortunately just that and had to pass on them after just one bite, luckily there were plenty of other options.

Additional healthier choices for breakfast.

Atmosphere very nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful especially the scrambled eggs

I booked two rooms 316 and 315, room 315 was left off the list for service, otherwise It was a wonderful

Loved that the room and bathroom in the room were large and handicap accessible! The room was very clean, NO mold or bugs!! I feel that the price was fair for the quality of the room and customer service! Breakfast was also delicious and had a TON of options to choose from!

Nothing bad, everything was great!

Great location with easy access to I-20. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and bathroom well equipped.

Breakfast was definitely low standard. The biscuits were dry, sausage was too hard to eat and orange juice tasted watery. Very disappointing.

We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but usually it’s pretty good. The location was around an area that has quite a few restaurants and shopping centers.

The refrigerator was opened with a frozen ice bank that froze over and fell out the refrigerator door onto the floor.

The free breakfast was nice. Plenty of options. And the man working there helped my husband with sugar free options.

If anything. The beds are a little too firm for me.

We booked at a good price…was going to stay another night but the price went up substantially and I did not think it was worth it…I do think it’s an overpriced hotel.

It was very clean. You can smell cleanliness when u first walk in. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Greeting us at the door and throughout the stay. We most definitely will stay again every time we go to Monroe.
