$25. deposit When I stayed an additional night,2 clerks,told me,my deposit, won't carry over,the 3rd, didn't charge me a deposit,I asked her if she needed a deposit,she said it carried over. I have gotten back $50, still waiting for $100. I'll be sleeping in my car tonight.

Convenient and close to many places,to eat and shop. Clean rooms and a quiet environment with the exception of the housekeeping crew!

The clean up crew beating down the door yelling housekeeping at 830 in the morning and check out isnt until 11 am. That's ridiculous because they beat on our door yelling until we got up and answered them.

Was clean, convenient and a good value for the money.

There were a couple of old spots on the carpet near the bathroom but they were probably permanent medicine stains and did'nt affect cleanliness or cause any problems. There was coffee maker and coffee in room wbich was handy and a nice refridgerator and microwave.

Didn’t get room service one day, but they did bring clean towels and take out trash.

clean and very polite people besides the lady doing breakfast. she made me feel a little awkward. there were no tongs so i grabbed what i wanted without. she then come out the back and asked if i grabbed the food with mo tongs, i replied yes but only what i wanted and there was nothing to pick it up with. she said ok but i felt so small at that moment. she could have realized that she needs to put out a pair before picking up another. overall it was a great stay! very comfortable bed, clean bathroom . very nice room. maid service didn’t come banging asking if i was checking out and they only called 10min before 11!! i was very pleased

100.00 deposit. sometimes i dont have the extra money but want a nice place to stay. i guess it keeps the riff raft out though

According to my husband experience was good, clean, very nice e staff in front desk. He was traveling and he needed to take a shower and rest.

This hotel was in the best location I’ve ever stayed. It was right next to WalMart and just about every restaurant you could think of was literally a few steps away.

Just that I wasn’t informed on paying a deposit before I made it to the hotel.

I went to visit and help my Mother so it was convenient to where she lives. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

I did not like the toilet paper.

Location...conveniently located to everything in W Monroe. Great value!!!

Road noise...so conveniently located I heard hwy all night...I would suggest a room at back half of bldg
