Everything was great, clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection. The bed was really comfortable once I managed to get up on it.

The bed was so high I couldn't get up on it. I had brought a stool from home. But it wasn't high enough. I had to ask for a stool, and the one they loaned me was a small plastic one. Every time I stepped up on it I was afraid it would collapse under me, because I had one like it and it did collapse under me. Twisting my ankle and bruised my knee joint badly. I recovered. But if I had made the mistake of stepping into the middle of it instead of putting my weight on the sides I might have fallen through it too. I wouldn't let any other customers take that chance. I'm not anywhere close to 300 lbs. Which is what it's advertised to hold. It doesn't. You need to provide a stool that is sturdy for your older short customers. I don't take pictures of my hotels, just my family.

We stayed in this hotel room as a family of five—two adults, two kids, and a baby—and it was a convenient stop during our road trip. The room was spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably, and the beds were quite cozy, which made for a good night’s rest. Parking was easy and included in the stay, and having breakfast provided was a great bonus for getting back on the road quickly..

However, the furniture in the room was noticeably outdated and showed signs of wear and tear. While it didn’t affect our stay too much, it did make the room feel less maintained overall. Additionally, we were disappointed that a crib was not available, which made things a bit trickier with the baby. Overall, it was a decent and practical option for a short stay, especially for families on the move.

Was in town from NC to visit my mother who’s in a nursing home. Had a previous booking elsewhere and our second night there found a bed bug. Went next door to this La Quinta to finish out the rest of our stay. The lady at the front desk was very polite. For the rough night she upgraded us to an Executive King free of charge. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My fiancé and I both agreed that this will be the place we stay from now on when in town. Highly Recommend!!

The breakfast selection could have been a little better and the night time clerk really shouldn’t be sleeping where visible to guest.

The sta Staff at the Wyndham West Monroe helped me to understand my billing for the nice stayed. The billing showed up on another bill from expedia.com for my stay. It was different from my bill from Wyndham. I was double built. I tried to contact the Expedia helpdesk but was an enable to get any help with the issue I am trying to explain the mistake made by Expedia on American Express in the billing for the Wyndham bill. I was billed twice and I would like to have Wyndham help me with the double billing the stay was pleasant but the double billing was not corrected before checked out in checking in they noticed the double billing and told me they would handle the billing in. See it corrected on my later statement. It was not and I am working on it. Otherwise I did pleasant stay and would return thank you Richard Bird BIRf

Followed through the error, made on the double billing when I checked in, and they noticed that I was billed from Expedia in already checked in. I did not authorize Expedia to use my American Express card to bill me. Then I was billed by Wyndham in was told the double billing would becorrected thank you

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quality esthetics! Quiet!

It is unacceptable that the elevator stuck when I was in it on the first floor. The staff said it has happened frequently and they have to call someone to fix it. One of the staff told my wife they don’t like this elevator. I am a diabetic and if I was stuck inside without insulin or access to food it would be a disaster. I don’t like the fact that they merely put bandaids on the problem according to the staff. I’m calling corporate and demanding an inspection and report…as a customer I have no faith in their approach to the problem…I would like an explanation and apology from the management.

Everything was excellent at the hotel. First time staying at this brand this weekend and both locations were excellent. The lady who did the breakfast at West Monroe was exceptional. She made sure the food was replenished, everything was clean, and she was very, very nice. Loved my conversation with her, so caring. All the staff greeted everyone with a hello, smile, and greeting of the day. Loved my stay and will be back soon. Thank you.

the smell of the room, the toilet flushing was a hit or miss, the gold water in the toilet, breafast was vey under par, and one of the housekeeping teammates was rude and unprofessional. As we were attempting to get on the elevator, she was getting off and allowed the door to close so that we would have to wait on the next one - very unprofessional. no greeting or acknowledgement of the guests. She appeared to be running late for her shift bec6she still had her back pack on her back.

The property was fine. It was clean and very nice

Well I left some shorts there and I called to ask about them and they said they couldn’t find them. I asked if anyone stayed in the room the night that I had checked out and they said no but yet no shorts were found. As I was leaving, it was 10:45 in the morning and I was loading my car and I had come back to the room to finish and there was a cleaning lady already in there. It caught me off guard and I then felt very rushed because she was already in there that I didn’t get to double check the room. She had already turned down the bedding, it was annoying that she was in there. I thought there was a system for that.

The room was very nice. We were on our way home to Florida, from a trip to Las Vegas, and this was the end of a long driving day (about 9 hours). Breakfast was included and there were a lot of choices - eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. I thought breakfast was very good and a nice start to the next day's drive home.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The hotel was located right off Interstate 20 so very convenient coming off the road. There was a nice local restaurant, called Underdogs, right next door. We ordered some quesadillas to bring back to the hotel which were very good.

The staff was helpful in alerting me up the floor I was to stay on was animal friendly and gave me the option to move. Also Beatrice shared that the elevator went out and I would have to take the stairs, however, to compensate for that she said she would take $30 off my bill. I’m awaiting to see both bills with the the discount because I purchased two separate nights.

I had no alternative to get to my floor.
