It was in a convenient location.

The breakfast was subpar. No bacon was served on either day and I heard the staffer saying she doesn’t make bacon on busy days. However, this happened on a Sunday and Monday and there weren’t many people there so I’m not sure which days are “busy”. There was also guests above us who were loud due to pacing back and forth. We could hear them and it was aggravating.

The room. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Sleeping on a cloud. Desk help on check in was great.

The kitchen help didn’t seem to care to keep the food items replenished during the breakfast. So the wait was longer than need be! When I asked the man at the counter if the attendant to stock the breakfast would be coming , his reply was not my department, don’t know! Meaning don’t care to help.

The room was humid and stale the first day, our WiFi password didn’t work. Had to hold the toilet down to flush and the sink faucet was wiggly.

It was nice and pretty clean I would pay little more attention to dust and wiping things down better. There was only 1 coffee pod so it did seem they forgot to put in 2 pods in the room.

Nothing we just didn’t like. For the most part it was a great hotel for the night we stayed. Sandy at the front desk, well she’s the best. Hold on to her she runs it like a BOSS. Sweet sweet woman who’s great at her job.

I loved the openness of the first floor when you walk in. The employee that checked me in was very helpful. Everything was easy to find. The room was very spacious and clean. It was fairly quiet where our room was located. The area that the hotel is located in was quiet as well, but it isn't too far from the shopping and dining. It is also only a few minutes down the road from Louisiana Tech. There was plenty of food at breakfast, but the majority of it didn't appeal to me. I didn't notice any fresh fruit, but the food I chose to eat was good.

The price is always something I have a problem with, but based on the cost of everything in the world today, the cost of the room we were in was well worth the money. There isn't really anything that I can say I didn't like since this particular hotel is fairly new. I hope they keep taking care of it and don't let it get run down like several of the other hotels in the area.

The receptionist, Ms. Black, was noticeably attentive and professional. The room my girlfriend and I purchased was clean and spacious. The bed was soft with plenty of sheets underneath. There were wall plugs near the bed with wall lamps above. A flat screen T.V. with satellite channels plus HBO and Cinemax was provided. Our experience with the bathroom was splendid with plenty of towels, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

There isn't anything to nick pick.

the hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Ms Stacey! would recommend to friends and family. cannot wait to return next year! Ms. Stacey loved interacting with all 10 of our girls that were in our group, and our girls loved Ms Stacey!

Great hospitality and front desk staff! Juice and coffee in the morning.

The breakfast selection was below disappointing. Everything runs out quickly, and there's no replacement. Little selection, few choices.

The staff were so friendly. Everyone from checking in, housekeeping and the older lady from the breakfast was exceptionally nice. Looking forward to another stay soon

Stacy at front desk was awesome! She was excellent at customer service! Overall great stay will be back.

Laundry room was dirty and dryer didn't dry very well. Breakfast was not Holiday Inn Express's Standard, at 715am hardly any eggs, no meat, no yogurt, Few potatoes. Very limited selection.
