The room was clean, the facilities were nice and felt safe. The shower was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.

There was an air vent at the entry of the room, near the bathroom, that blows out cold air even though it was freezing outside, especially at night. There's no way to shut it off. Thankfully, I had a little space heater with me which made the bathroom tolerable. Otherwise it would have been too cold in there. Also, the mini fridge was leaking water, so anything I put on the bottom shelf part got soaked.

The room was small but tidy with the microwave and fridge behind a closet door. There was a quarter couch with an ottoman provided with the room that fit in well. The bed was spacious, soft and the sheets were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was massive with plenty of room for full movement. The TV was wall mounted with the ability to swivel left or right, it also provided us with Netflix.

The toilet paper was lazily placed on the missing spiral roll.

The standard of care by cleaning staff was not quite up to par. Lightbullbs not working, pillow cases on support pillows not completely on pillows, could not read what the different bottles for shower use, a little mold in the shower etc.

I love the ambiance of the hotel. It was central to a lot of restaurants, and the back of the hotel with the firepit was to die for.

Because I booked using third party, Booking.com, it stated that breakfast was included in my price. Which it wasn't

Most of the staff were very friendly. The lobby and other public areas were very nice. The breakfast and coffee was good. Quiet despite easy access to highway and local services.

The beds were not very expertly made so it made us a little doubtful they were clean. The room had a faint smell like a broken vacuum cleaner.

Saturday night - great bar but not open. Hotel staff has no access to the bar. One traveler left his wine to chill with the bartender. He was unaware of the bar hours and couldn’t get access to his wine.
